The article describes the impact of aerobics classes on the emotional and physical condition of students of higher education institutions. The characteristic of the term «Aerobics» is presented. The positive aspects of the effect of aerobics on the body are substantiated. However, most often, a person's aspirations are accompanied by physical and emotional stress. Given the fact that sport today has thoroughly entered the life of society and has a mass character, it is important to study and analyze its impact on humans. Physical culture - part of culture, which is a set of values, norms and knowledge created and used by society for the physical and intellectual development of human abilities, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, social adaptation through physical education, physical training and physical development. Classes in aerobics groups also solve the problem of developing physical qualities, in particular, endurance, flexibility and strength. Systematic training achieves a positive external effect, strengthens the abdominal muscles and back, which provide the correct posture, improves motor coordination. Today, as one of the types of mass physical culture, fitness training is gaining more and more popularity. Fitness includes not only good physical condition, but also the intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual state of man [6]. If one of the components does not "work", then the whole system does not work. Thus, fitness solves the problem of recovery from the standpoint of a healthy lifestyle. The most popular form of health training in clubs is group aerobics, which has become part of fitness.
The article highlights the authors’ vision on improving the educational process of students’ physical education in terms of clarifying the tasks of preparing students for independent athletic trainings. The authors consider the peculiarities of setting tasks, vision of the training materials’ content for athletic gymnastics, the formation of students' knowledge, skills and abilities of conscious systemic influence on the independent development of strength qualities. The paper considers theoretical and methodological views of the scientists on the formation of skills and abilities for independent physical exercises, substantiates the essence of the training preparation algorithm, the processes of individual teaching explanations on the lessons. Effective selection of strength training means and methods in the training sessions development, planning training cycles and physical activity calculation depends on a clear task definition according to the goals. The methodical features of strength training are considered in the work and examples of their realization in the practice of independent classes are given. The considered features can be used to specify tasks in the process of preparing students for independent athletic training. The article highlights the authors 'vision of improving the educational process in physical education of students in terms of considering the peculiarities of preparing training materials for athletic gymnastics, the formation of students' knowledge, abilities and skills of a systemic impact on the development of strength qualities. Clear explanation to students of the specific nature of the tools and methods choice, calculation and control of physical activity in the training process provides conscious learning, skills in planning independent exercise to use optimal forms, methods and tools that meet the objectives of the training process.
The article analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of the training process in football. It has been proven that improving the management of the training process based on the generalization and analysis of the structure of the competitive activity of football players and the general laws of the formation of sportsmanship is one of the promising scientific directions in the field of sports training methods in football. The peculiarities of the preparatory period of young football players at the stage of sports improvement and the structure and sequence of the distribution of training in the preparatory period have been determined. The training content of young football players in the preparatory period using the related training method has been developed. This issue is reflected in more detail in the works of foreign researchers of recent years, which are based on the practical experience of football team coaches using the technology of planning training loads, aimed primarily at developing physical qualities and improving the technical and tactical skills of football players. In domestic science, as well as in foreign science, the strategy for organizing the training process in football is determined by the dynamics of the development of preparedness of young football players and the specifics of the competition calendar. The short duration of the preparatory period imposes special requirements on the training process, consisting in the need for quick recovery and long-term improvement of physical qualities and technical and tactical abilities at a high level before the start of the competitive period.
The article reveals the features of the implementation of health technologies in the process of physical education of students of higher education institutions. It is determined that the design is aimed at changing the type of thinking of project participants in accordance with the needs of the modern labor market and globally is seen as a global trend in connection with increasing levels of production, training, life in general. The concept of health-preserving technologies of physical education based on a healthy lifestyle has been developed, which in accordance with the laws of morpho- functional development of the body and social expectations provides the formation of a young specialist, whose spiritual, physical, social and moral characteristics are adequate to new living conditions. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of health-preserving technology in the process of physical education are determined. Socio-economic and socio- political reorganization of all spheres of Ukrainian society is inevitable and entails changes in the spiritual life of people, in the motives of their behavior, values, social attitudes. In this regard, the higher education system faces the problem of transition from the traditional pedagogical paradigm to innovative learning based on the development of a culture of designing various technologies and, above all, technologies for developing and promoting the health of students potential of the nation. The article reveals the features of physical education of students in terms of distance learning. The main effects of sedentary lifestyle of student youth on their body are revealed. There is a tendency to reduce the motor activity of students, as most of the time students spend on gadgets. Ways and methods of involving student youth in physical exercises in the conditions of distance learning are offered. The role, place and opportunities of distance learning in physical education for students and teachers are determined. The concept of "distance learning technologies" is revealed. Physical education is the only recreational discipline in high school that directly aimed at maintaining the health of the student during the assimilation significant amounts of theoretical material. Reasonably planned motor activity is available the key to gaining strong immunity and disease prevention. In conditions for withdrawal of the discipline "Physical Education" from the curricula of the Free Economic Zone, it is this factor that is often not possible for its quality. The education system, which has developed over the centuries, has undergone significant modernization in recent years connection with the development and practical use of new information and telecommunication technologies. Traditional communication between teacher and students in lectures, seminars and laboratories classes are largely beginning to be replaced by student-computer communication, teacher-telecommunications system. The above-mentioned changes are most concentrated in the system of distance education. They all note that the formation of personal beliefs regarding the importance of physical activity in human life is a leading factor education of a healthy generation.
