The goal of research – signification of influence of the genotype of rootstock varieties on the vegetative and reproductive characteristic of the Purple early (Fioletoviy ranniy) grafted grape variety during adaptation in the field. Observations of research was made with using rootstock varieties - PP 101-14, Kober 5BB, Vierul-3. The influence of the rootstock genotype was introduced on the basis of by the survival rate of bushes, plant growth characteristics of the Purple early (Fioletoviy ranniy) variety, and uvological properties. The least death of bushes was found by usage the rootstock Vierul -3. Was revealed influence of the rootstock genotype on the vegetative measures of the grafted variety. The genotype of the Vierul - 3 rootstock variety was materially affected the leaf-area and leaf-area duration of the bush. Was found that influence of rootstock on the reproductive properties of graft - rootstock combinations. Grafting on the rootstock Cober 5BB foster the increase slightly of yield per Bush. Uvology indicators point at a positive effects of rootstock Vierul-3 on the weight of cluster and berries, the size of cluster and berries, the structure and form of the cluster and total sugars. On-farm research of agrocenosis, is advisable to graft the rootstock Vierul-3 for Fioletoviy ranniy variety.
The aim of the study was to evaluate the ef-fect of salicylic acid on the processes of re-generation and root formation in vine grafts during the stratification period. The efficiency of treatment of copulation sections on root-stock cuttings of vines with Salicylic acid (SC) solution was studied) (10-2, 10-4, 10-6, 10-8) during the production of grafted grapevine seedlings. For setting up the experiment, we used the grafted grapevine variety Cabernet Sauvignon, the rootstock - Kober 5BB. In some variants of the experiment, a reduction in the period of vaccination stratification was noted, due to the activation of the process of wound tissue formation. At the same time, the use of salicylic acid stimulated the budding of the scion, the growth of shoots and the devel-opment of the root system. With an increase in the concentration of the solution to 10-2, a slowdown in the growth of shoots was noted. The present results indicate that salicylic acid, being an endogenous stimulator of growth processes, can be used in nursery production.
While the production of grafted grapevine seedlings we studied the effect of treatment of copulation sections on rootstock vine cuttings with salicylic acid solution (SC) (10-2, 10-4, 10-6, 10-8) on tissue regeneration, root formation, growth and development of shoots, leaf surface formation during the period of grafting stratification and on adaptation of seedlings in the field. In the experiment, we used grafted grapevine variety Cabernet Sauvignon, the rootstock - Berlandieri of Riparia Kober 5BB. The experiment was carried out according to a completely randomized scheme with triple repetitions (each repetition has 100 plants) in laboratory and field conditions. The results showed a reduction in the period of grafts’ stratification in some variants, due to the activation of the process of callus tissue formation. At the same time, the use of salicylic acid stimulated the budding of the scion, the growth of shoots and the development of root system. Increased concentration of SC (10-2) inhibits the growth of shoots. The positive effect of SC on adaptive parameters was established.
The study was carried out in All-Russian research Institute of viticulture and winemaking named after Y. I. Potapenko (Novocherkassk). In order to determine the optimal phenotypic parameters that characterize the compatibility of explants in the production of grafted seedlings varieties with a low degree of rooting were used – Fioletoviy Ranniy, Golubok and rootstock varieties included in the State register of varieties approved for use – Kober 5BB, PP 101-14, Vierul-3. It was found that the rootstock genotype PP 101-14 stimulates early budding on the graft and callus formation during grafting stratification. The main death of vaccinations occurs 20-30 days. The absence of a common conducting system leads to the death of the grafted variety. It was found out that the varieties Fioletoviy Ranniy, Golubok are more compatible with the rootstock variety Vierul-3, the yield of grafted seedlings was 14.2 and 16.8%, respectively. To evaluate the compatibility of the components of the graft-rootstock combination, the only biometric indicators (growth length, leaf area and shoot diameter) are not enough. The rootstock variety affects phenotypic characteristics of grafted variety. The most objective assessment of compatibility can be obtained only after the end of vegetation after evaluating the quality of seedlings.
