Lately in Ukraine, a promising development area of the sheep industry is young lamb, and sheep's milk. The article analyzes and summarizes the FAO data on lamb and sheep milk production dynamics globally and in Ukraine for the period 2008-2018. The research results indicate that the world production of lamb in general for the stated period increased by 14.0 %. Such countries as Chad (2.15 times), Uzbekistan (1.95 times), and Algeria (1.82 times) observed a significant increase in lamb production. In Europe, the leaders in the production of lamb are Great Britain (289 thousand tons), Russia (205.1 thousand tons), and Spain (119.6 thousand tons). During the study period, the production of lamb in Spain decreased by 23.8 %, in New Zealand, France, and Sudan, respectively, by 21.2; 21.5 and 20.4 %. There is a decrease in this indicator in the UK by 12.8 %, Syria – 12.6 %, and India – by 12.2 %. In Ukraine, the production of lamb in 2018 amounted to 7.8 thousand tons, 7.14 % lower than in 2008. The leading countries in sheep milk production are Turkey – 13.6% of the world's milk volume, China – 11.1 %, and Greece – 7.1 %. Turkey (2.15 times) and Mali (1.92 times) had a high increase in milk production for the specified period. Countries such as Iran (1.37 times), France (1.33 times), and Spain (1.24 times) have had a relatively good increase in milk production over the past ten years. Milk production decreased significantly in Sudan, Syria, India, and Italy, by 17.7, respectively; 9.2; 7.67 and 7.05 %. In general, during the study period, sheep's milk production in the world increased by 16.6 %. In 2018, Ukraine produced 18.1 thousand tons of sheep's milk, 24.3 % less than in 2008. In Ukraine, the decrease in lamb and sheep milk production increased due to the decrease in sheep number by 29.6 % (the increase from 2018 to 2008).
The study was conducted during 2013-2021 in the breeding breeder LLC "Agrofirma" Mayak "Kotelevsky district of Poltava region. Comparing the indicators of animals according to estimates in 2013 with the current herd, it was found that the group of live weight differs by only 1.4%. Rams of the modern herd exceed by 13.1% on this basis, and adult broods are inferior by 20.7%. The latter is a consequence of the intensive use of the main rams due to their use during the 6-month breeding cycle currently used on the farm. The wool productivity of the modern herd is 20.9% higher than that of the original herd. The shearing of unwashed wool in broodstock decreased by 15.1%, and in the other group - on the contrary, increased by almost 40%. The latter is a consequence of higher selection pressure in the formation of the group of broodstock at the present stage of work with the herd, compared to the previous period. No significant differences in the length of wool in sheep of different groups for the compared period were found. Depending on the age at grading, the indicators of the live weight of bright TTAs differed significantly. Animals born in March predominated both juniors (12-13 months old, born in April-May) by 2.2 and 10.1%, and older (15 months old) by 2.6%. At the same time, the brightness of the modern herd as a whole is 16.6% higher than the live weight of peers who were raised before the purchase in the maternal herd - breeding farm LLC"Askaniyske". In terms of unwashed wool shearing, the predominance was for the oldest animals (15 months old, born in February) by 13.5-24.2%. It was found that the indicators of live weight and shearing of unwashed wool local bright ½ TTAs x ½ W predominated purebred peers by 7.8 kg (14.5%). The difference in live weight compared to purebred animals of the Taurian type of Askanian breed, which lambed at 15 months of age was 7.2 kg, or 13.1% (p≤0.01), and between non-lambing peers - 9, 7 kg (16.8%). There was no difference in the shearing of unwashed wool and the length of the staple.
<p><span lang="EN-US">The data presented gives ground for the expediency of the accelerated development of milk and meat sheep breeding in Ukraine, which is economically effectively combined with a dairy cattle breeding with an expanded reproduction of Holstein cattle, which milk quality does not yet fully meet the modern requirements. <span>The materials of in-house study on the quality of milk of H<span>olstein</span><span> cows breed </span>are summarized, the data of the physicochemical composition of sheep milk are given. The experience of studying the dairy productivity of sheep shows that this type of product is of significant importance in the overall balance of gross income of sheep breeding. Comparing a milk yield of a sheep with a milk yield of a dairy cow, not by the gross quantity of milk, but by its equivalents of chemical composition, we have: milk yields of 1 cow are equivalent to the yield of 4-6 sheep. The issues of sheep milk productivity with the purpose of production of sheep's milk and its processing should be reconsidered for obtaining valuable nutritious products - hard cheeses which have an export significance. </span>It is theoretically possible to combine and accelerate the development of cattle and sheep breeding with the formation of specialized dairy stock farming.</span></p>
As a result of studies, information of the influence of cAMP and nelarabine on the processes of fibrillation of insulin molecules is presented. In vitro experiments revealed that cAMP and nelarabine reduces the process of fibrillation.
As a result of the research, data on the dynamics of fibrillation of insulin molecules under different temperature conditions are presented. The influence of the pH of the medium and mechanical action on the processes of amyloid formation is also studied. In vitro experiments revealed three stages of fibrillation of insulin molecules.
