A lot of problem situations arise in our everyday life, that worsen quality of life, and modern science has no technologies of decision-making in such situations, when a man sees no way out. The only theory that proposes actors a new approach to managing the problem situations solving is the theory of intersubjective management, proposed at the beginning of the XXI century. The fundamental difference between intersubjective management and classical one is that management functions are assigned to the people themselves, immersed in a problem situation and actively acting (actors). Actors are aware of the situation from the inside of it and are internally motivated to resolve it. To facilitate the study, perception and application of the theory, it is proposed to systematize information from various sources, to form a conceptual apparatus and to build a conceptual scheme of the theory.

The aim of this study is to build the architecture of a decision support system for actors in resolving problem situations using an intersubjective approach to management. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to classify decision support systems and to identify the system features used in the intersubjective approach to resolve problem situations, allowing it to be attributed to a certain class; to develop the architecture of the decision support information tool with an intersubjective approach to management based on the selected class of decision support systems. A new innovative intersubjective approach to managing the problem situation was previously proposed at the level of an idea and only a theoretical base was developed, while at present a practical direction is being carried out that is related to applying the proposed principles. The scientific novelty of the work is related to developing the architecture of the decision support system for actors who find themselves in problem situations and seek to resolve them using intersubjective principles, which has not been previously proposed or developed by scientists and researchers.
The aim of the study is to find and select an information support tool for decision-making by enterprises’ actors-employees when applying an intersubjective approach to managing the problematic situation solution. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to search for modern information support tools, highlight the characteristics that they must have to resolve problematic situations, analyse the identified information tools considering the possibility of using an intersubjective approach to manage the problematic situation resolution. The scientific novelty of the study is the author’s approach based on applying R.N. Anthony’s principles to describing the types of information systems used in the organisation, to choosing decision support tools for enterprises’ actors-employees. The main feature of the proposed approach is using the tool by all cooperating actors, regardless of their skill level, to solve not only the production difficulties, but also personal problematic situations.
