Economic growth cannot be separated from justice of distribution for each individual. But in reality, it seems an injustice and inequality in the distribution of income and wealth, so the impact on the increase of poverty. Distribution policy in economic development Islam upholds the values of justice based on the Qur'an, that is wealth does not circulate only one group alone. This paper concludes that the distribution policy in economic development Islam emphasizes the elimination rate system that benefits those who have capital and resulted in accumulation of wealth in certain groups. In addition, people are required to realize the importance of creating the role of distributive justice and narrow the economic gap with the practice regular charity, infaq, sadaqah, awqaf, inheritance and others, so that it can be optimized as a source of financing economic development. Then, the no less important in the distribution policy is to optimize the sukuk to finance the country's development in order to improve public services, so that the results can be felt by the whole society. This article intends to examine the social security system in the perspective of Islamic economy. Using literature review, this article cut social security. For that, it can be concluded that the social security construction in the Islamic economic system has four stages, namely: (1) guarantees the individual against himself (individual guarantees); (2) among individuals with his family (family guarantees); (3) individuals with society (assurance society); and (4) between people within a country (a guarantee). Therefore, the construction of social security system in Islamic economics illustrates that guarantee it in layers. When social security was able to be resolved by the individual, then simply at the level of the individual. But when could not be resolved at the level of the individual, it will be resolved at the level of the family. If not completed in level of the family, it will be resolved at the community level. Abstrak:Artikel ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji sistem jaminan sosial dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Dengan menggunakan literature review, artikel ini membedah jaminan sosial Islam. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa konstruksi jaminan sosial dalam ekonomi Islam memiliki empat sistem tahapan, yaitu: (1) jaminan individu terhadap dirinya (jaminan individu); (2) antara individu dengan keluarganya (jaminan keluarga); (3) individu dengan masyarakatnya (jaminan masyarakat); dan (4) antara masyarakat dalam suatu negara (jaminan negara). Oleh karena itu, konstruksi sistem jaminan sosial dalam ekonomi Islam menggambarkan bahwa jaminan itu berlapis-lapis. Apabila jaminan sosial mampu diselesaikan oleh individu, maka cukup di level individu. Apabila tidak bisa diselesaikan di level individu, maka akan diselesaikan di level keluarga. Apabila tidak selesai di level keluarga, maka akan diselesaikan di level masyarakat. Apabila jaminan sosial tidak selesai di masyarakat, maka kewajiban negara menyelesaikannya Kata Kunci: Konstruksi; Sistem; Jaminan Sosial; Ekonomi Islam.
Kemiskinan merupakan masalah multidimensi karena berkaitan dengan ketidakmampuan akses secara ekonomi, politik, sosial budaya, dan partisipasi dalam masyarakat. Berbagai kebijakan dan program yang ada dirasakan masih kurang efektif dalam upaya menurunkan jumlah penduduk yang hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya kecenderungan peningkatan jumlah penduduk miskin dari masa ke masa. Dalam pandangan ekonomi politik Islam, kesinambungan antara keadilan sosial dan distribusi keadilan harus dijaga sehingga diperlukan individu-individu dengan moral yang tinggi. Terdapat dua poros strategi ekonomi politik yang dapat diupayakan untuk meredam pembengkakan kemiskinan. Pertama, kebijakan tidak langsung dengan jalan membenahi infrastruktur penyebab kemiskinan melalui jalur politik. Kedua, kebijakan langsung yang mengaitkan kelembagaan dengan strategi pengurangan kemiskinan, di mana pendekatan kelembagaan beranggapan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dan distribusi tidak dapat diserahkan kepada pasar sehingga diperlukan intervensi pemerintah.
Dalam dunia bisnis, pelaku bisnis dan perusahaan selalu ingin memperlancar barang produksinya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keuntungan dan mempercepat perputaran modal yang pada gilirannya akan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan semakin tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap barang-barang, maka menyebabkan banyak perusahaan menyediakan dana segar yang diperoleh dari lembaga anjak piutang (factoring). Lembaga pembiayaan anjak piutang diartikan sebagai badan usaha yang melakukan kegiatan pembiayaan dalam bentuk pembelian dan atau pengalihan serta pengurusan piutang jangka pendek. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini akan mengkaji tentang konsep anjak piutang (factoring) dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori hiwalah. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga akan menguraikan manfaat dalam perjanjian anjak piutang (factoring), serta perbedaan konsep anjak piutang secara syariah dan konvensional.
During the New Order period, government policy focused on the politics of development in the agricultural sector. The actual result was that the community could directly fulfill food needs independently (self-sufficiency) in the mid-1980s. However, this conducive condition had to end tragically when in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the agricultural economy suffered due to massive protection in the industrial sector and took place through a conglomerate process that laid the foundations of the economy. The history of the agricultural sector during the New Order period can be a precious lesson in building the Indonesian economy. This agricultural sector has been recognized as having an essential role in the national economy, which can be seen from its ability to contribute to the gross domestic product, employment absorption, job creation opportunities, increasing people’s income, and foreign exchange sources. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a library review design. In this research, it can be concluded that agricultural development in this era seeks to develop sustainable agricultural systems that must improve farmers’ resources and standard of living to be more prosperous. Therefore, the government must formulate a platform or grand strategy of agricultural development policy so that Indonesian farmers do not get caught up in poverty and unemployment
