Kegiatan literasi Cinta Bangga Rupiah (CBR) merupakan kegiatan memperkenalkan uang yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia (BI) dengan maksud untuk memperkuat tiga hal. Pertama, Cinta Rupiah yaitu mengenal ciri keaslian Rupiah, merawat dan menjaga Rupiah. Kedua, Bangga Rupiah merupakan penanaman perasaan dan pengetahuan bahwa Rupiah bukan hanya sebagai alat pembayaran yang sah tetapi juga sebagai simbol kedaulatan NKRI dan alat pemersatu bangsa. Ketiga, Paham rupiah merupakan usaha untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dan fungsinya sebagai alat penyimpan nilai sehingga sering digunakan dalam bertransaksi namun asas hemat tetap diterapkan. Untuk mendukung rangkaian kegiatan edukasi ini, masyarakat Kampung diajak untuk mampu memanajemen pendapatan yang dimiliki. Selanjutnya kepada generasi muda (remaja dan anak) diperkenalkan roleplay bagaimana proses transaksi jual beli dengen mengambil setting keadaan pasar tradisional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kurangnya informasi tentang penggunaan dan cara identifikasi uang. Tujuan dari kegiatan adalah untuk (1) memberikan edukasi literasi dan motivasi tentang penggunaan Rupiah (2) memotivasi keluarga untuk mampu mengelola keuangan bersama dan hidup hemat (3) memberikan pengalaman melalui simulasi kegiatan jual beli pada anak-anak dan remaja sehingga menumbuhkan kesadaran pada mereka untuk cinta, bangga dan paham Rupiah. Metode pelaksanaan PPM ini yaitu dengan metode sosialisasi dan roleplay interaktif. Hasil dari kegiatan PPM ini adalah para warga baik orang dewasa maupun anak-anak di kampung Yoom 1 Nuni Manokwari Utara dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang uang yang digunakan, mampu menerapkan pola hidup hemat dan mampu melakukan transaksi secara benar dan tepat
Abstract This study aims to see how much the income of inter-regency public transport drivers in West Papua Province is, and what factors influence the income of inter-regency public transport drivers. For the sample of inter-district public transport drivers as many as 54 drivers. This study uses a quantitative method, the source of the data in this study comes from interviews distributing questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. In this study, it is known that the income of inter-district drivers for one month varies from the lowest Rp. 4,000,000 and the highest income is Rp. 8,000 000. The number of hours worked, the number of passengers, and the fare have a significant and positive effect on the income of inter-district public transport drivers. This research aims to describe the investment growth in Papua Barat between 2011 and 2015, and to analyse the potential sectors related to the growth of investment. Data used in this research was secondary data sourced from Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (BPMP2T) of Papua Barat. Data was then analysed using descriptive tabulation method. The results indicated that the realisation of domestic investment in Papua Barat increased from 2011 to 2015. This is because the administrative processes in terms of investment licensing were getting better in this province. The results also highlighted that the realization of foreign investment in Papua Barat was fluctuative, and even more likely to decrease during the similar period. In addition, the findings also indicated that the potential sector that had the highest domestic investment was palm oil plantation sector in Sorong regency, and the potential sector that had the highest foreign investment was general mining sector in Raja Ampat regency.
Tourism products are an important part of the development of tourism sector. the real conditions of tourism products in the form of tourist attractions, facilities, at the location of the tourism attraction at the Sauwmyen beach re not very supportive for tourist activity. this condition will certainly greatly affect the experience and comfort travel. This study aims to determine the perceptions of tourists about the condition of tourism products and the comfort of tourist visitors obtained during a trip to Sauwmyen Beach, Oransbari district, South Manokwari Regency. Frequency distribution analysis technique, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the IPA (Import and Performance Analysis) approach were used as analysis methods. Result showed that the availability of tourism product in the form of tourism attraction excitability and adequate facilities are not fully found at the location of tourist object, there for their result of data analysis show that respondents’ perceptions of tourism product at tourist object are less satisfied. Then according to reality then the comfort of tourist visitors while in tourist sites is less satisfied. Then the strategy is the need for the development of sauwmyen beach tourism object by local residents and the government to improve performance, indicator tourism product that have a primary need for visitors and can be seen in the respondents of each individual in terms of their interest and performance for the development of a better Sauwmyen beach tourism object in the future to be used by all tourists.
This study identifies public perceptions on the use and allocation of rural funds, which have become a regular national government program since the 1998 economic crisis and have undergone changes in the rules and procedures in implementation. As the smallest unit of the government system, the rural is expected to be more competitive in efforts to improve community welfare with funding from the government. Through the responses of the residents as the participants, the strength and weaknesses factors of rural funds usage were studied. To collect public perceptions, interview procedures were used regarding the allocation and use of funds in community monitoring. Several indicators such as the area that absorbs rural funds and the amount of funds are one of the research measures. By taking a sample of 75 residents, this study found that in the management and utilization of rural funds, there were weaknesses in terms of lack of funds and human resources. Thus, this research suggestion focuses on things that can increase funds and also personnel resources, both knowledge and skills in managing rural finances. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi persepsi masyarakat tentang penggunaan dan pengalokasian dana desa yang telah menjadi program reguler nasional pemerintah sejak krisis ekonomi 1998 dan mengalami perubahan aturan baik nama maupun tata cara pelaksanaan program. Sebagai unit terkecil sistem pemerintahan, desa diharapkan lebih berdaya saing dalam upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan bantuan stimulus berupa pendanaan dari pemerintah. Melalui tanggapan penduduk sebagai pihak yang mengawal pelaksanaan dikaji faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengunaan dana desa. Untuk menghimpun persepsi masyarakat digunakan prosedur wawancara tentang pengalokasian dan pemanfaatan dana dalam pemantauan masyarakat. Beberapa indikator seperti bidang yang menyerap dana desa dan besaran dana yang sebenarnya dibutuhkan untuk memperoleh manfaat menjadi salah satu ukuran penelitian. Dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 75 orang, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam pengelolaan hingga pemanfaatan dana desa mengalami hambatan dari sisi kebutuhan dana yang kurang dan juga sumber daya manusia. Sehingga saran penelitian ini berfokus kepada hal-hal yang dapat meningkatkan dana dan juga sumber daya aparat baik pengetahuan maupun keterampilan dalam mengelola keuangan di desa.
