Caring nurses are very important in meeting patient satisfaction, this is one indicator of the quality of service in a hospital. Nurses are people who become one of the keys in meeting patient satisfaction. Therefore, caring nurse behavior can have an effect on quality service to patients. Some studies conducted in Indonesia show that caring is still lacking for patients in hospitals as much as 50% show poor caring. Patient satisfaction is influenced by caring nurses in serving patients in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room. This study is a cross sectional analytic study and purposive sampling technique with a sample of 67 patients, collecting data using a questionnaire.The Chi-Square test results showed a significant relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room with a p value of 0,045 (α = 0,05). Nurse caring attitude greatly affects patient satisfaction so it is expected that nurses or other health workers can be more sensitive, be responsive and respond well to patient complaints and show sincere care in helping patients recover
Hypertension is a condition in which blood pressure increases persistently which is ranked number one cause of death each year. It is estimated that in 2025 there will be 1.5 billion people suffering from hypertension, this problem occurs in many developed and developing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of stress with the incidence of hypertension at the Sei Pancur Health Center in Batam City in 2018. The research method used analytical design with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique of this study used non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling totaling 61 samples. The results of this study found that the stress experienced was in very heavy stress the majority of 62.3% of respondents, the majority of 91.8% of respondents experienced hypertension. The results of the analysis there is a relationship between stress and the incidence of hypertension with a value of ρ = 0.001 <0.05. Based on this, it is recommended that health services improve health care problems, especially problems that cause hypertension.
<p><em>Karakteristik staf dan tim kerja yang berbeda-beda dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan akan mengalami penurunan atau peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan karakteristik staf dan tim kerja dengan kepuasan kerja. Desian penelitin deskriptif analitik dengn pendekatan cross sectional, teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 217 responden. </em><em>Hasil penelitian. </em><em>Karakteristik staf berjenis kelamin perempuan 95%, umur >30 tahun 60%, berpendidikan vokasional 86,43%, dan lama bekerja >5 tahun 67,14%. Tim kerja sebagian besar tidak baik (kerjasama 57,86%, kepercayaan 56,43, dan kekompakan 73,57%) dan 56,42% tidak puas dengan pekerjaan. Analisa Bivariat menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna antara kerjasama, kepercayaan, kekompakan dengan kepuasan kerja (P < 0,05). Analisa multivariat hubungan yang paling bermakna adalah kekompakan dengan nilai OR 33,678</em><em>. Manajemen Rumah Sakit diharapkan dapat </em><em>menciptakan hubungan interpersonal yang baik dalam tim kerja sehingga tercipta kepuasan kerja yang tinggi.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Staff Characteristics and team work vary in finishing a job to be decreased or increased job satisfaction. Hospital management is expected to create good interpersonal relationships in work teams so as to create job satisfaction is high.</em><em></em></p>
This research is motivated by the rampant phenomenon of regional election campaign (Pilkada) through candidate debate which is broadcasted directly by television mass media. Candidate debate is a model of political communication that is fairly newly dipratekkan in the election of regional heads in Indonesia. Despite the public's attention, the candidate debate in the communication perspective has not been widely seen as the subject of communiqué research.The research methodology used qualitative descriptive approach with semiotic analysis method. This approach is chosen because it is able to reveal various information by way of description in the form of verbal and nonverbal messages of a text in a special context that melatarinya. Data were collected through observation techniques, documentary studios and libraries as well as interviews of expert informants. The data were then analyzed using semiotics method developed by Roland Barthes consisting of two marking levels.The conclusion of the research results indicate that each candidate builds political positioning to form the image and the good impression in the mind of the audience. The comparison of the political positioning of the two candidate pairs is that Ahok-Djarot is a candidate for the regional head that is firm and straightforward, experienced, and secular with the nature of top-down policy making. While Anis-Sandi is a decent candidate for regional head and nurturing, pro people, and tend to be religious with the nature of decision making bottop-up.
