The article focuses on the problem of psychological support of parents whose children were born prematurely. Theoretical approaches to psychological assistance to such parents, psycho-emotional support of families are analyzed. The idea of the relationship between the harmonious development of the child and well-being in the family, a sense of security, support and security is considered. Ways of medical and psychological support, increase of psychological adaptive resource of parents are analyzed. The necessity of psychological support of parents and development of new ways of intrafamily interaction is discussed. It is analyzed that timely family care can not only effectively optimize the personal development of the child, but also help to eliminate psychological problems in adults. Along with experimental research programs, some schemes and approaches to psychological counseling of such families are also being developed. In this context, the work of a psychologist plays an extremely important role, helping parents to overcome despair and fear, promotes the creative search for new ways and opportunities for child development, the formation of new life goals in her parents. In the article notes that the psychological support of parents of premature babies may have the following features: family research, which includes studying the functioning of the family and its hidden resources, obtaining information about its social and financial situation, analysis of the primary needs of parents and children; establishing contact, motivating to cooperate; assessment of possible specific ways of psychological and pedagogical assistance; choice of directions of work depending on results of diagnostics; work of specialists aimed at psychological and pedagogical assistance to the family, to activate the social position of parents, to find their own family rehabilitation resources and opportunities.
The article discusses the results of a comparative study of intensity of personality traits that limit the professional and psychological fitness of internal affairs officers and determine the prognosis factors for one's individual development in this field. Within the scope of the study we compared the applicants' parameters of motivational profile, emotional and volitional self-control, personality characteristics as well as their mental faculties. As a result, certain reliably significant traits have been found which limit one's possibilities for effective professional performance. The results obtained in the comparative and factor analysis made it possible to establish a combination of determining factors that limit one's professional and psychological fitness. A factor structure of limiting traits has been revealed, making up more than 60 per cent of total variance. It is represented by low self-control, poor mental faculties, addictive behavior, poorly developed feeling of justice, passive personality orientation, anxiety-depressive disorders and social immaturity of personality.
Results of an empirical research of features of valuable (axiological) reliability of staff of bodies of internal affairs are presented in article. It is shown that the problem of reliability is staticized in the sphere of law-enforcement activity in connection with violations, mistakes and the crimes committed by staff of bodies of internal affairs at interaction with citizens. Within a research task comparison of indicators of the valuable sphere of the identity of the law enforcement officers who are at various stages of a professiogenez and the former police officers condemned for corruption and abuse of office is carried out. Significant differences in valuable orientation between groups of the acting employees and condemned by group in priorities of values of pragmatical orientation, experience of conflictness in realization of values, aspirations to implementation of values of egoistical and prestigious orientation are established. It is suggested that the high importance external (pragmatical), values in values of indicators of persons with the higher education of convicts can act as a marker of risks of reliability.
Professional success is determined by a combination of factors of objective and subjective content that ensure the achievement of a significant result in activities, job satisfaction and the development of the personal potential of the organization's employees. Objective performance results and positive subjective experiences of professional success are a powerful motivator of professional activity and help to increase its effectiveness. The purpose of the study is determined by the need to establish the features of the factor structure of personality traits that act as resources for professional success. Subject of study: factorial structure of personality traits. Research methods: personality traits were considered in accordance with the classes of factors proposed in the psychodiagnostic methodology "California Personality Questionnaire - CPI". The sample of the study was represented by male employees of the internal affairs bodies (n=97), divided into two groups of "successful" (n=65) and "unsuccessful" (n=32) based on an expert assessment. The results of the study made it possible to establish important characteristics of personal factors of professional success, which constitute a significant psychological resource for the professional development of subjects of professional activity.It has been established that the main factors are subjective, reflecting the effectiveness of effective interpersonal interaction, the normativity and maturity of the individual, the focus on achieving and developing intellectual potential, a constructively optimistic lifestyle, which determines psychological well-being and job satisfaction. The scope of the research results is determined by the specifics of the organization of psychological support for the activities of employees of internal affairs bodies, the tasks of moral and psychological training, the goals of personality development and the formation of skills of official behavior. Prospects for further research lie in the plane of analyzing the parameters of the identified factors, identifying patterns in the formation of professional success and its subjective components.
