This work focuses on the problem of teaching technique, technology and tutorial development for clip thinking. The study describes educational process features and instructions development, provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of teaching students with clip thinking. This way of thinking/perception causes attention deficit, inability to concentrate on a lecture for long time, etc. Therefore, the problem of instructions development is connected the fact technology inconsistency and teaching methods in an education system in rapidly changing digital society. All means of teaching technologies and techniques should refer the way of student's perception and reproduce changes in types of activities. Students "clip" thinking challenges teacher to keep students attention during all lecture by different "attractors" usage: information structuring, bright colors in slideshows, schemes and images, etc. Engaging students into communication is provided by discussion, brainstorming, debate, forum, round table, etc. Lines between lecture and practical lesson are blurred. Control is becoming secondary importance.

Summary. The Human Development Index for 2017, as well as the HDI, which takes into account socioeconomic inequalities (IHDI), the Gender Develop-ment Index (GDI), and the Gender Inequality Index (GII) are analyzed. The dynamics of HDI is determined by changes in health, education and income. The human development index, adjusted to take into account inequality, makes it possible to compare inequalities within the country, with the higher inequality; the more the HDIs of this country are lowered. The gross national income per capita, based on purchasing power parity, plays a significant role in the HDI indicator. To promote sustainable and long-term progress in human development, it is vitally important to emphasize quality. The main sources of inequalities inside countries, which lead to ruptures in the indicators of quality of education, medical care, as well as between the expected and mean years of schooling, are determined. The Human Development Index, taking into account socio-economic inequalities (IHDI), takes into account the inequality in all three HDIs, by "subtracting" the average value of each plane according to its level of inequality. Gender Development Index (GDI) shows gender inequality in three areas: reproductive health, empowerment and economic activity. Regional trends in the field of human development of regions of the world are substantiated. One of the key causes of inequality is an abyss that divides women and men into opportunities, achievements and the distribution of rights and powers. As a result of the conducted research it is found that significant differences remain between Ukraine and other countries. Disparities within and between countries continue to slow down progress. The massive inequality in the welfare of people makes it questionable the sustainability of the progress of human development. It is suggested to take into account the Gender Development Index and the Gender Inequality Index in order to promote qualitative progress in the field of human development.
