Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pengunaan digital marketing dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deduktif dimana teori digunakan sebagai awal menjawab pertanyaan penelitian, dalam penelitian ini memberikan pandangan menurut penelitian terdahulu dengan menggunakan teori sebagai alat, ukuran dan instrument yang digunakan dalam membuktikan hipotesis. Pertanyaan yang disusun berdasarkan indikator dari variable yang diberikan, Adapun yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah UMKM yang bergerak dibidang kecantikan sebanyak 3 UMKM kel. Siti rejo II. Pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa efektifitas dari pengunaan media sosial dalam peningkatan penjualan saat dikatakan memiliki kontribusi yang cukup baik, keaktifan pelaku usaha dalam mengunakan media sosialnya memiliki kontribusi. Penggunaan digital marketing menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam peningkatan penjualan. Pengunaan media sosial merupakan salah satu strategi untuk menarik minat konsumen serta menginformasikan kepada konsumen mengenai produk yang kita miliki.This research was conducted to find out how effective the use of digital marketing is in increasing sales to MSMEs. This study uses a deductive qualitative research method where theory is used as a starting point for answering research questions, in this study providing views according to previous studies using theory as a tool, measure and instrument used in proving the hypothesis. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection using in depth interview techniques for structural officials in the XCG organization and also FGD (Focus Group Discussion) for structural officials. the technique used is the Delphi Techniques and Purposive sampling techniques. The sample in this study was 125 people with the level of branch heads. The purpose of this study was to determine the organization's strategy in digital system changes towards an agile organization. In this study obtained a conclusion, (1) Changes in the economic and political situation are also external factors that get special attention in developing strategies in the organization, (2) readiness of resources (manpower), (3) openness in decision making, and (3) reward system. Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan teknik in depth interview terhadap pejabat struktural di organisasi XCG dan juga FGD (Focus Group Discussion) terhadap pejabat struktural.teknik yang digunakan adalah Teknik Delphi (Delphie Techniques) dan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 orang dengan tingkatan kepala cabang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi organisasi dalam perubahan sistem secara digital menuju organisasi yang lincah. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh suatu kesimpulan, (1) Perubahan situasi ekonomi dan politik juga merupakan faktor external yang mendapatkan perhatian khusus dalam Menyusun strategi didalam organisasi, (2) Kesiapan sumberdaya (manpower), (3) keterbukaan dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta (3) system reward.
For companies with COVID-19 experiencing a very significant change where the capacity of workers in the room is also limited, the organization modifies the work system from face to face to face to face, the absent system is also modified. This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of changing organizational policies on employee resistance attitudes. In this study using quantitative methods and using a questionnaire as a measuring tool. The scale used in the questionnaire of employee resistance attitudes and changes in company policy uses a Likert scale with 4 choices of statements. Data processing is carried out using a computer system with the SPSS program. Data were collected from 105 scales distributed to permanent employees. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant effect between employee resistance attitudes to organizational policy changes (F count = 80.278, p <0.05). From this research, it is also known that changes in organizational policies have contributed to the attitude of resistance in employees of PT. SEPC O&M Medan is 43.8% and 56.2% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion of this study the relationship between perceived effectiveness of organizational change and job satisfaction is positive and important. SEPC O & M where employees will react to policy changes made, especially during the current pandemic where there are policy changes that the company cannot predict. These changes make employees demand an attitude of resistance.
