This study discusses how to understand teacher performance in a simple yet scientific review. Using a qualitative approach, the researcher found that the teacher's performance in this study was a success achieved by the teacher in teaching activities or the teaching and learning process. The teacher's performance can be seen from the skills in making teaching plans. Teaching skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana memahami kinerja guru dalam sebuah ulasan sederhana namuan ilmiah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti menemukan bahwa kinerja guru dalam penelitian ini adalah suatu keberhasilan yang dicapai guru dalam aktivitas mengajar atau proses belajar mengajar. Kinerja guru ini terlihat dari keterampilan membuat rencana pengajaran. Keterampilan mengajar dan kemampuan membina hubungan antar pribadi.
This research studies the text or passage of John 2:13-22 to build the values and principles of anti-corruption education in the Church. This is important because today's churches have been contaminated with corrupt and manipulative practices in ministry practices. By using qualitative research, especially biblical studies or text analysis, several related research results and anti-corruption values and principles are found in the church. First, values for the anti-corruption applied by Jesus include honesty, caring, responsibility, hard work, and courage. Then the anti-corruption principles also applied by Jesus, among others: accountability, transparency, fairness, policies, and control over policies. Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah kajian terhadap teks atau perikop Yohanes 2:13-22 untuk membangun nilai dan prinsip pendidikan antikorupsi dalam Gereja. Hal ini penting karena gereja masa kini telah banyak yang terkontaminasi praktik korupsi dan manipulatif dalam praktik pelayanan. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, khususnya kajian biblika atau analisis teks, maka ditemukan beberapa hasil penelitian terkait dan nilai dan prinsip antikorupsi dalam gereja. Nilai antikorupsi yang diterapkan oleh Yesus antara lain: kejujuran, kepedulian, tanggung jawab, kerja keras dan keberanian. Kemudian prinsip antikorupsi yang juga diterapkan oleh Yesus, antara lain: akuntabilitas, transparansi, kewajaran, kebijakan, dan kontrol terhadap kebijakan.
This study examines Christian education. In particular, trying to examine the importance of Christian education is designed in a contextual manner. In order to be more effective in achieving the goals of Christian education. This research uses qualitative methods specifically for literature review. Through this approach, the researcher obtained several conclusions. First, Christian education must be designed in a contextual manner to make it easier for students to understand and understand any content taught in it. Second, Jesus is the great teacher who also taught contextually. Third, contextual Christian education is understood in several important principles, namely: (1) Christian education must be applied in accordance with the teaching style and strategy of teaching Jesus, (2) Christian education must be adapted to the situation of the industrial era 4.0, (3) Christian education must be able to accepted by every age layer, (4) Christian education must not be rigid but must be dynamic, implementative, and applicable, and (5) Christian education must provide radical transformation or change.
This research was conducted to examine mentoring efforts for people in the adolescent and adult groups. A group of people who have their variety and complexity understands and deal with problems with them. The reference used in the categorization of adolescent and adult groups is taken from the theory of Erik H Erikson. The researcher briefly explained the eight stages of Erik H Erikson's theory. But the focus of attention was on the group's Stage 5: Adolescence – Ages 12-18 and stage 6: Young Adulthood – Ages 19-40. This age group was chosen because generally in Indonesia it gives the name teenagers and youth. Erik H Erikson's grouping theory was chosen because it was accepted by many circles. Researchers use a descriptive qualitative approach by exploring the opinions of authors in their fields. Several opinions will be drawn in to get an idea of how counselors should assist these two age groups. The results found a careful effort if you want to go in and provide assistance to the youth-youth group. In that age group, a counselor is required to understand the psychology and labile attitudes that exist. This paper also proposes that churches, parents, and professional institutions pay special attention to adolescents and youth in the field of mentoring for those with problems.
Masalah utama dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu pertama, ada pasangan yang mau menikah untuk kedua kalinya namun tidak menunjukkan bukti secara legal mengenai perceraian perkawinan yang pertama; kedua, tidak mempersiapkan perkawinan kedua melalui konseling pranikah; ketiga, tidak jujur dan terbuka terhadap gagalnya perkawinan ke satu sehingga memilih untuk secara diam-diam menikah dan ini dapat diterima oleh pendeta atau gereja tertentu. Penulis ingin menjelaskan tentang strategi pastoral yang dilakukan oleh seorang gembala jemaat dalam mempersiapkan perkawinan kedua sehingga dapat diterima dari segi iman Kristen, hukum dan budaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlu ada strategi yang dilakukan oleh seorang gembala jemaat dalam melakukan pastoral terhadap perkawinan kedua agar pernikahan yang akan dijalankan sampai seumur hidup atau diharapkan tidak terjadi perceraian lagi dengan berpedoman pada pendekatan pastoral terhadap perkawinan kedua. Hal ini perlu sebagai cerminan bagi dunia bahwa gereja atau umat-Nya menjadi garam dan terang sehingga nama Yesus Kristus dimuliakan.
