Purpose - This study aimed to analyze the learning model for speaking Arabic in the perspective of constructivism theory at Al Muhsinin Kerinci Islamic Boarding School and teachers’ effort in supporting the learning model used.
Design/methodology/approach - The research method used by researchers in this study was field research is descriptive qualitative.
Findings - The results showed that the learning model of Arabic speaking skills at Al Muhsinin Kerinci Islamic Boarding School studied contextual learning models consisting of daily communication activities using Arabic, quantum learning models related to independent learning activities and further learning, cooperative learning models including activities morning vocabulary learning and Arabic conversation and problem-based learning models in Arabic discussion.
Originality/value – Learning Arabic speaking skills for non-native speakers in the Boarding School needs to be constructed with complications from a compilation of various learning models.

Dua aliran utama dalam khasanah pemikiran nahwu adalah aliran Bashrah dan Kufah. Keduanya tidak dapat disangkal sebagai pemuka dalam jalan bagian kajian nahwu (gramatika Arab). Seandainya aliran Bashrah disebut peletak dasar nahwu maka aliran Kufah merupakan mata rantai dari pengokoh kajian gramatika Arab terutama dengan ciri khas tertentu yang terkadang merupakan pendekatan yang berdiri diametral dengan aliran Bashrah. Secara sederhana dapat dikatakan perbedaan kedua aliran nahwu tersebut terletak pada perbedaan metodologi yang digunakan oleh keduanya. Aliran Bashrah dalam banyak hal lebih berupaya menciptakan kaidah berdasarkan banyak contoh. Dengan demikian aliran Bashrah menganggap contoh yang sedikit tidak dapat dijadikan dalil atau paling tidak mereka menganggap hal itu sebagai sesuatu yang syaadz. Berlawanan dengan aliran Bashrah, kita menemukan aliran Kufah lebih menganggap bahasa yang benar haruslah sebagaimana diriwayatkan oleh penuturnya betapapun syadznya riwayat itu.
The aims of this research are to analyze and to identify the forms of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary of speech acts in “Rembulan dalam Cappuccino” short story by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. The locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary of speech acts are the scope of Pragmatics where we know, one of the fields of linguistics that studies language along with its context is also called pragmatics. Basically, pragmatics is a scientific study that studies how a language is used in communication. In contrast to linguistics which studies and discusses the structure of language internally, pragmatic studies examine the meanings of external lingual units. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach with a pragmatic study. Then, the research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data and data sources used in this study is “Rembulan dalam Cappuccino” short story by Seno Gumira Ajidarma, and other sources such as books, articles, journals, and previous research that related to the locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary of speech acts study. The data collection technique that writer used is library research, with data analysis technique in the form of identifying and classifying data, analyzing and presenting data, and conclusion or verification. The result showed that there were 15 dialogues that contain types of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary of speech acts from a total of 25 dialogues in that short story. As many as 13 dialogues that containing the type of locutionary, 15 dialogues that containing the types of illocutionary, and 1 dialogue which is a type of perlocutionary of speech acts.
Abstrak: Sosiologi dalam Sastra Arab Jahiliah (Pendekatan Sosiologis dalam Karya Puisi An-Nabighoh Adz-Dzubyani). Sosiologi sastra berasal dari kata sosiologi dan sastra. Sastra merupakan pencerminan masyarakat. Melalui karya sastra, seorang pengarang mengungkapkan problema kehidupan. Karya sastra menerima pengaruh dari masyarakat dan sekaligus mampu memberi pengaruh terhadap masyarakat.
