Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkaji perbedaan tingkat inklusi keuangan pelaku UMKM Kota Medan dari sisi gender, usia, omset usaha (pendapatan), pendidikan dan lama usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 126 sampel pelaku UMKM Kota Medan yang diambel secara cluster random sampling. Jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berskala nominal. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini melalui pendekatan statistik non parametrik menggunakan kruskal wallis test dan mann whitney u test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ternyata lama usaha dan omset usaha (pendapatan) memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat inklusi keuangan pelaku UMKM Kota Medan. Sedangkan gender, pendidikan dan usia tidak memberikan perbedaan yang berarti pada tingkat inklusi keuangan pelaku UMKM Kota Medan.
Poverty is a condition of a person or group whose basic rights are not fulfilled to maintain and develop a dignified life.The government overcomes poverty through various efforts, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). This program aims to improve the community's welfare and overcome long-term problems, especially for those with Very Poor Households (RTSM). The Family Hope Program (PKH) has been implemented in Pardomuan Village, Onanrunggu District, Samosir Regency because many people are classified as Very Poor Households (RTSM). This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis research type. The study results obtained statements related to the socio-economic conditions of PKH recipients and the efficiency of PKH in overcoming poverty. The Family Hope Program (PKH) has been proven to be able to improve the welfare of people with Very Poor Households (RTSM) in Pardomuan village, especially by helping to meet the educational needs of children, supporting the health of pregnant women and toddlers, and meeting the needs of the elderly over 70 years old or with severe disabilities. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of PKH can alleviate poverty, especially in RTSM in Pardomuan Village, Onanrunggu District, Samosir Regency, and can bring prosperity to the community.
This research was conducted in Medan SMEs totaling 105 respondents in 21 districts. This study examines the comparative level of financial literacy of SMEs Medan seen from the demographic ie gender, age, duration of effort and education. To sexes divided into 2 groups: male and female. For the age of the respondents is divided into 4 groups: <25 years; > 25-40 years; > 40-55 years and> 55 years. For a long effort of respondents divided into 4 groups, namely <3 years; 35 years old; > 5-10 years; and> 10 years. For the study were divided into 3 groups: junior high school, and University. Data was collected by the survey and in-depth interviews with SMEs. This study used a questionnaire financial literacy ordinal scale (True / False and Yes / No) that is standard questionnaire adapted from the OECD Report On Adult Financial Literacy in G20 Countries, 2017. The financial literacy indicator used is the financial knowledge, financial behavior and financial attitude. Data analysis techniques in this study using a non-parametric statistical approach Kruskal Wallis test and the Mann Whitney U test. The results of this study explain that in general the gender, age and education had no impact significant differences in the level of financial literacy SMEs Medan. While long business has an impact significant on differences in the level of financial literacy SMEs Medan. For that is expected for each university is able to improve the financial literacy of students, not only concentrated on the students of the faculty of economics, but on the other majors too.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Swasta Tunas Karya Batang Kuis Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran T.A 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 65 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel total yaitu berjumlah 65 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji-t, Uji-F dan koefisiensi determinasi (R2). Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh untuk variable (X1) dengan (Y) diperoleh thitung > ttabel sebesar (2,760 > 1,669) dengan signifikan 0,007 < 0,05 hal ini berarti hipotesis diterima yang menjelaskan bahwa (X1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap (Y). Selanjutnya untuk Pemanfaatan LKS (X2) terhadap Hasil Belajar (Y) diperoleh thitung > ttabel sebesar (3,809 > 1,669) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini berarti hipotesis diterima yang menjelaskan bahwa Metode Belajar Penugasan (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar (Y). Dan untuk mengetahui apakah hipotesis ketiga berpengaruh digunakan uji F simultan, hasilnya diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel(16,862 > 3,17) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 hai ini berarti hipotesis ketiga diterima yang menjelaskan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara Metode Belajar Penugasan (X1) dan Pemanfaatan LKS (X2) terhadap Hasil Belajar (Y). Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Metode Belajar Penugasan dan Pemanfaatan LKS Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X AP SMK Swasta Tunas Karya Batang Kuis T.P 2019/2020.
