The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Padang City is a supporting element of the Padang City Government's task in securing and implementing City Government policies that are specific in the field of peace and public order. So many data on violations are handled and the manual data collection of violations results in not yet optimal management of data on violations of Regional Regulations (Perda), so we need an information system for collecting data on violations of regulations. The method of development in the preparation of this study in library research, field research, laboratory research and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The author's program implementation uses PHP programming language with MySQL Server database. With the implementation of the information system on collecting data on local violations in Padang City Satpol PP, it is hoped that it will simplify and speed up the management of regulations on local regulations, so that service to the community is better.

Sumber daya manusia yang baik tercipta berkat adanya pendidikan. Supaya pendidikan sumber daya yang baik berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan maka diperlukannya pengontrolan dari orang tua siswa terhadap tingkah laku siswa di sekolah. Agar aktivitas siswa di SMK N 1 Kinali dapat terkontrol oleh orang tua dengan baik, maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melaporkan aktivitas siswa kepada orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi pelaporan aktivitas siswa kepada orang tua berbasis web dan SMS Gateway. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk melaporkan berapa banyak poin pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa di sekolah kepada orang tua. Setiap pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa akan dilaporkan langsung kepada orang tua mereka melalui SMS Gateway. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan teknik Object Oriented Analysis Design dan Tools Unified Modelling Languange dan bahasa pemograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini membantu orang tua siswa untuk dapat lebih meningkatkanpengawasan dan kedisiplinan terhadap anaknya dan men-cegah terjadinya pelanggaran yang juga dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa.
