Masuknya buah apel impor ke pasar dalam negeri membuat konsumen buah apel memiliki beberapa pertimbangan sebelum memutuskan untuk membeli buah apel. Peningkatan kebutuhan konsumen akan buah apel dan penerapan kebijakan baru tentang ketentuan impor dan pengembangan produk hortikultura mengakibatkan pentingnya penelitian terhadap perilaku konsumen terhadap buah apel. Daerah lokasi dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu di Kota Surabaya dan Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, model fishbein, dan analisis konjoin dengan responden berjumlah 200 yang berasal dari dua kota terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap konsumen terhadap buah apel lokal dibandingkan apel impor, apel lokal mempunya keunggulan pada atribut tekstur daging buah. Sementara itu, bila dibandingkan dengan buah apel lokal, sikap konsumen terhadap buah apel impor lebih positif pada atribut harga, rasa, ukuran, warna, kondisi kulit dan promosi. Preferensi konsumen mengarah pada rasa asam, ukuran sedang, warna hijau kekuningan, tekstur daging renyah, kulit bersih tanpa bercak, dan berada di selang harga Rp26.001,0-Rp34.000,0/kg. Responden memilih harga sebagai atribut yang paling diutamakan ketika melakukan pembelian buah. Kata kunci: analisis konjoin, buah apel, model fishbein, sikap konsumen, preferensi konsumen
Food production has decreased every year, due to the conversion of agricultural land and population growth that continues to increase. Therefore, the yard is one solution to maintain food availability and even food diversification in the family. This study aimed to measure the level of public perception of the use of homegarden in supporting food diversification in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang District, Jombang Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive statistical analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The results obtained in this study indicate that the community perception of Tambakrejo Village towards the processing of homegarden is in the low category, the community perception of Tambakrejo Village on the benefits of homegarden utilization in the low category, the community perception of Tambakrejo Village on food diversification is in the medium category, and the community perception of Tambakrejo Village on the sustainability of homegargen processing is categorized high.
This study aims to determine the sub-sector of annual plantation crops which are the superior products of each sub-district in Jombang Regency. This research was conducted from June to August 2020. The data collection method in this study used descriptive quantitative. Secondary data were taken from related sources and calculated using location quotient (LQ) analysis. The results of the LQ analysis of land area and production of each sub-district are described and identified to determine the influencing values. The annual plantation products in Jombang Regency during the period 2014-2018 are clove, cocoa, coconut, and coffee plants. The sub-districts that have a production base value and clove plantation area are Together and Wonosalam Districts. For cocoa plants, the sub-districts that have a production base value and cocoa land area are Bareng and Wonosalam sub-districts. For coconuts, the sub-districts that have a coconut production base value are Bandar Kedung Mulyo, Mojowarno, Wonosalam, Sumobito, Peterongan, Jombang, Megaluh, Tembelang, Kesamben, Ploso, Kabuh, and Plandaan sub-districts. Mulyo, Mojowarno, Wonosalam, Sumobito, Peterongan, Jombang, Megaluh, Tembelang, Ploso, and Plandaan. For coffee plants, the sub-district that has a coffee production base value is the Bareng sub-district and Wonosalam for the sub-district which has a coffee base area is the Wonosalam sub-district.
