The scope of this issue provides a strategic forum for all educators and educational policy-makers concerned with creative, inquisitive and many transferable skills.Papers published in this issue are original, refereed, multi-disciplinary research into policy-making, administration, and cultures in education. The papers should focus on the advanced knowledge, theory, or methodology at the intersections of literature and education, educational psychology, policy and administration.
