An extension of the metric space in which the distance of the same point is not always zero is called a partial metric space. Orthogonality is the relation of two perpendicular lines at one point of intersection forming a right angle. There are several ways to define orthogonality, including Pythagorean Orthogonality, Isosceles Orthogonality, and Birkhoff-James Orthogonality. The purpose of this research is to study the consistency of the definition of orthogonality in the metric space to the partial metric space. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the partial metric space can be obtained by linear induction from a metric space. Then, in developing the definition of orthogonality to the partial metric space, it can be concluded that the qualified orthogonality is the I-orthogonality and the BJ-orthogonality, while the P-orthogonality does not qualify the consistency of the definition of orthogonality in the partial metric space. The establishment of the Bontobahari Sub-district as the center of a coastal tourism area, especially the Bira Coastal area, has an impact on the increasing number of traffic activities and infrastucture development in several areas. One of them is the coastal area in Sapolohe Village. The objective of this research is to identify the forms of discrepancies in space utilization, to determine the factors that cause the discrepancies in space utilization, and to identify the management of control over the space utilization. This research was conducted from August to October 2020 in Sapolohe Village, Bontobahari District, Bulukumba Regency. The data were obtained from literature studies, field observations, questionnaires, interviews, visual materials or documentations, and map overlays. The analysis was carried out through map overlay or spatial analysis, influence factors analysis through statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests, and descriptive analysis. The results of the study explain that there are various forms of discrepancies in the use of space in the research location, where there are 288 buildings that breach the road boundary line, 564 buildings that breach the coastal boundary line, and 4 buildings that violate the existing IMB (Building Construction Permit) function. The occurrence of discrepancies in space utilization in the research location is influenced by the results of planning that is not properly socialized, the use of space that is not in accordance with the results of the planning, and the lack of control over space utilization by the local government. Meanwhile, the management of controlling the use of space in the coastal area of Sapolohe Village is related to planning, space utilization and control of space utilization.
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Good Corporate Governance, which is proxied by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, and audit committees as a moderating variable on the relationship between disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and the value of banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2021. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and the samples obtained were 31 banks. Tobin's Q is used as a ratio in measuring firm value. The type of data used is secondary data derived from the company's annual report and sustainability report. The data were analysed by descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderating variable significantly influences the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and firm value. This means that banks that disclose higher Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can increase firm value, especially in companies with a level of implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied by high managerial ownership in banking companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2021.
This study aimed to determine the application of green human resource management at Hotel Le Morgane, France, and to analyze the hotel's environmental performance through the application of green human resource management. The method used is descriptive statistics by distributing questionnaires to 42 employees. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, a document study, a literature study, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of study indicate that green human resources application at Hotel Le Morgane starts with Green Recruitment and Selection, Green Training and Development, Green Performance Assessment, and Green Reward and Compensation. The hotel needs to pay attention to environmental performance indicators in practices carried out by human resources.
To develop a village into a well develop tourism village need a good quality of human resources. Empowerment is one of the best solutions to make local people join in the process of tourism activities. As a tourism village, Undisan need to have support from local people to make the village flourist. To give the best service and to make Undisan to next level people need to be educated about tourism. The purpose of this research’s to identified empower local communities in Undisan Tourism Village. Primary data sources and secondary data sources were used this study. To collect the data for this research were using three techniques. Purposive sampling technique is used to choose the informants. To analyse the data using qualitative analysis data. To help in analyzing data in this research using concept empowerment, local communities, rural tourism. The conclusion from this research is Undisan village already have good empowerment for local people. Eventhought already raach the third stage, all stage was not fully operational. Keywords: Empowerment, Local People and Rural Tourism
