This study aims to influence the effectiveness of accounting information systems and work motivation on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation is a moderator between the effectiveness of accounting information systems and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Rural Bank (BPR) in Gianyar Regency. Retrieval of samples with Purposive Sampling technique. Technical analysis of the data used is using the approach Partial Least Square (PLS). Results of the study show that the effectiveness of the accounting information system and motivation to work affect the performance of employees. Furthermore, work motivation can moderate the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employee performance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Perusahaan, dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah (Studi Kasus Pada Nasabah PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Gianyar). PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk sebagai salah satu Bank terbesar yang mempunyai cabang disetiap kota dan unit unit yang hampir disetiap tingkat kecamatan, menjadi salah satu Bank yang dijadikan nasabah untuk melakukan simpan pinjam maupun transaksi lainnya. Data yang digunakan data primer. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada Nasabah PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Gianyar. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Perusahaan, Kepercayaan Berpengaruh Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah.
Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong semua orang untuk tidak lagi beraktivitas secara konvensional. Kebiasaan-kebiasaan lama seperti berbelanja secara langsung kian berubah dengan adanya platform berbelanja online atau yang dikenal dengan e-commerce yang dapat dilakukan di social media. Sosial media merupakan salah satu syarat penting dalam kompetisi dagang pada industry 4.0, termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, dewasa ini masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan sosial media sebagai sarana pemasaran produk/jasa. Salah satu UMKM yang ditemui oleh Tim PKM adalah kelompok pengusaha babi guling di Desa Melinggih, Kecamatan Payangan, Kabupaten Gianyar yang belum memanfaatkan sosial media dengan baik dalam hal pemasaran produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan tentang bagaimana mitra dapat mengembangkan dasar dan pola pada produknya melalui desain serta bahasa iklan dan fitur-fitur linguistik yang tepat dapat sangat membantu para pedagang dalam menarik calon konsumen. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pedagang telah mengetahui manfaat penggunaan social media untuk memasarkan produk dan sebuah akun Instagram yaitu akun @gulinggih yang siap digunakan untuk pemasaran produk babi guling.

This is a new challenge for retail owners; they had to think of various ways to restart a business that had been out of operation for several months. Online business is the latest solution in this era of society 5.0. Products or services advertised (marketed) online, of course, must be attractive so that they can be of interest to buyers. These products can be offered online through social media. This is a new experience for retail owners, especially in the village of Pancasari, Sukasada District, Buleleng which usually offers its merchandise conventionally. This PKM is carried out with the aim of helping independent retail entrepreneurs in Pancasari Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, who have never been familiar with online marketing. This PKM is carried out by recording partner knowledge, disseminating information to partners, providing training to partners, and monitoring partner business developments. Based on the results of the discussion above, two products, namely coffee drinks and food seasonings, have distinctive features in the choice of words used. This study aims to analyze how much influence Enterprise Risk Management, Intellectual Capital, and Sustainability Report have on Company Financial Performance and Their Impact on Company Value with Good Corporate Governance as moderator in High Profile and Low Profile Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is 80 High Profile and Low Profile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Determination of the sample was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained 20 companies as samples in this study for 3 years so that a total sample of 60 companies. The data analysis technique used is Stata software. The results of this study indicate that the company's financial performance has an effect on firm value, meanwhile, enterprise risk management, intellectual capital and sustainability reports have no effect on firm value. Enterprise risk management, intellectual capital, and sustainability reports have no effect on the company's financial performance. Good corporate governance is able to moderate the effect of enterprise risk management on firm value
