The heterogeneous level of students' prior knowledge and differences in the application of instruction models have an impact on students' academic achievement. These study aims are: (1) to explain the differences in the students' academic achievement in different levels of students' prior knowledge, (2) to explain the differences in the students' academic achievement in different instructional models, and (3) to explain the effect of instruction models and students' prior knowledge to the academic achievement. The experimental research design uses quasi-experimental with a nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest. The variable in this study is (1) academic achievement, (2) prior knowledge, and (3) instructional model. The total samples are 209 students, and each treatment decided on 25 subjects as an analysis unit. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics and all hypotheses were tested by ANOVA. The results of the study are: (1)there is a significant difference in the academic achievement in different levels of students' prior knowledge, (2) there is a significant difference in the academic achievement in different instructional models, and (3) there is a significant interaction effect of instructional models and students' prior knowledge to academic achievement.
Research on financial and digital literacy and its influence on students' entrepreneurial intentions is needed. The purpose of this study is to understand students' financial literacy and digital literacy, to understand students' entrepreneurial intentions, and also to analyze the relationship between financial literacy, digital literacy, and student entrepreneurial intentions. The design of this research is descriptive research. This study describes financial literacy, digital literacy, and as well as its relationship with entrepreneurial intentions. The subjects of this study were students of the Bali State Polytechnic Accounting Department. The research subjects were 138 people consisting of 49 students of the Accounting Study Program, 83 students of the Managerial Accounting Study Program, and six students of the Tax Accounting Study Program. The research instrument used was a financial literacy questionnaire, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial intention. The analytical technique used is the percentage analysis technique. The student's financial literacy is excellent, The Student's digital literacy is good, and the student's entrepreneurial intentions are good. Student financial literacy and digital literacy are related to student entrepreneurial intentions.
Measurement of the satisfaction of students to education service quality needs to be done by the institution. The measurement results of student satisfaction will use as a basis in determining priority programs by the institution in improving the education service quality. This study intended to describe student satisfaction of education service quality and the determination of priority programs to improve education service quality based on an assessment of student satisfaction levels. The model used is a descriptive study model. The data used in this study were obtained from primary and secondary sources in the form of quantitative data. Quantitative data consisted of the result of the assessment of student satisfaction in service quality. The research instrument in the form of the student satisfaction of service quality questionnaire. The questionnaire follows the service quality model that includes aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The questionnaire uses 4 Likert scales, from 1 (not good) to 4 (very good). This study involved 297 respondents who were students majoring in accounting at the Bali State Polytechnic. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling based on the academic year the student was registered. The study used descriptive analysis techniques. Describe the student satisfaction of service quality using percentage analysis by comparing the answers with ideal answers in the same item and also describe the student satisfaction of service quality by using the cartesian diagram. The results of the study are students satisfied with the quality of educational services in general, but there are some dimensions of service quality that needed to improve. Priority program for improving the quality service can be done by the improvement of the learning room and facilities, increase competence and increase teaching skills of lecturers, the improvement of the learning process and examinations assessment, and the improvement of the quality and quantity of library materials.
This research is a quantitatif descriptive study that intends to explain the Employe perseption to career planning, Organization Culture and Career Development at Bali State of Polytechnic.Data collection method was used by Quetionare, interview, observation, and library research. The research sample are 60 respondents, it had been 24 Male and 36 Female, with the most stay work beetwen 20-30 years and 77% in level III. The analysis technique by One Way Anova. Study results describes that: 1) Employes perseption to the career planning, organization culture and career development at Bali State Of Polytechnic for generaly in good criteria, that are perseption for career planning 64% says good, for organization culture 69% says good and for career development 89% says very good, 2) Hipotesis result analysis describes that there are different perseption between the employes to career planning, organization culture and career development. Evaluation of Field Work Practices (FWP) implementation needs to be done systematically in relation to learning outcomes. The purpose of the study is to describe the characteristics of the company where students carry out FWP and evaluate student satisfaction with the suitability of the FWP material with the learning outcomes of Accounting Department of State Polytechnic of Bali. The research used an evaluative research model. Subjects of the study were 238 students who carried out FWP in 2019. Students were grouped into 16 types of companies. The analysis technique used is percentage analysis and Cartesian diagram. It's used to describe the level of conformity between student expectations and reality scores. The result of the study shows that students who carry out FWP are distributed into 16 groups of companies. Most of the accounting students FWP in the hotel (44.95 percent), then Tax Consultant Office (16.39 percent) and the Public accountant Office (9.66 percent). Most students (86.24 percent) stated that FWP's material was in accordance with the learning outcomes. Most FWP students were satisfied with the suitability of FWP material with learning outcomes.
