Background: Health equipment is one of the important factors in the implementation of health services. An increase in the number and types of medical equipment requires a good management system, so that the number, condition and presence can be monitored at any time. Currently, there is no system that can facilitate the management of medical devices in the treatment room so that it can be integrated with other units in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to develop an information system for managing medical devices in an appropriate and efficient treatment room based on the managerial functions of the head of the room. Methods: The type of research used is action research where total sampling is done on 29 employees of RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar This research consists of six stages, namely Focus Group Discussion (FGD), information system design, socialization and testing, evaluation of user satisfaction with information system design, application and evaluation of the real benefits of
