<p><em>Nowdays, coversion of religion is popular issue to discuss especially for Hindus in Bali as well as outside Bali. This paper conveys some alternatives of how to stay in our religion namely Hindu. There fore the purpose of this study, to analyze: (1) Reasons for the importance of the formation of religious attitudes of Hindu youth in Taro Village; (2) Strategies for the formation of religious attitudes of Hindu youth in Taro Village; and (3) Implications for the formation of Hindu teenage religious attitudes towards religious knowledge, religious beliefs, and religious behavior. Theories used as scalpel are: phenomenological theory, constructivist theory, and eclectic theory of behavior. This research is classified as a qualitative research, with a multiperspective approach namely theological, phenomenological, psychological and ethnopedagogical. Data collection techniques with unstructured interviews, non-participation, observation, and study of documents. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques, the Miles and Hubeman cycle analysis models. Conclusions: (1) Reasons for the importance of forming religious attitudes of Hindu youth in Taro Village: increasing religious knowledge, suppressing religious fanaticism, forming religious tolerance, and making children morally noble; (2) Strategies for the formation of religious attitudes of Hindu youth in Taro Village, by: providing examples and modelling through a persuasive approach, by creating a religious atmosphere, by internalizing religious values, by habituation, and cooperation with partners. (3) Implications for the formation of religious attitudes: implications for increasing understanding of religion, strengthening of faith / belief (sraddha and bhakti) in religion, and religious behavior becoming more mature, religion becoming an attitude of life.</em><em></em></p>
The research was intended to know the management of sewakadharma nurses important to be carried out. To explore the process of implementing the management of sewakadharma and to discuss the implications of the implementation of nurse management sewakadharma on nursing and patient satisfaction at RSUD Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar City. The results show to provide sincere service following srada bhakti nurses to patients selflessly as a form of getting closer to God. To achieve patient safety and health, serving patients according to their obligations as a nurse will get the reward (pahala) according to good deeds which are conducted. It can lighten the burden on the patient and can even speed up the patient's recovery. Taking into account the biological, psychological, social and spiritual care of nursing services. Serving patients with sincerity, enthusiasm, and love. This accelerates the patient's healing process. The sincere empathy with professional services so that the patient's recovery rate increases.
Dalam pendidikan formal, tahapan awal untuk memulai jenjang pendidikan dilakukan melalui penerimaan peserta didik baru. Penerimaan pesertadidik baru adalah proses seleksi yang akan menentukan siswa yang diterima di suatu sekolah. Proses ini diharapkan dapat berjalan secara objektif, akuntabel, transparan, dan tanpa diskriminasi sehingga bisa mendorong peningkatan akses layanan dan pemerataan pendidikan melalui sistem zonasi, terlepas dari kemampuan kognitif ataupun ekonomi yang rendah. Dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan, penerapan sistem zonasi ini mendapati berbagai persoalan diantaranya adanya kondisi peserta didik yang diterima melalui sistem zonasi memiliki kemampuan kognitif dalam prestasi belajar yang cukup rendah dibandingkan peserta didik yang diterima melalui jalur prestasi. Selama ini SMPN 1 Kota Denpasar dikenal sebagai salahsatu sekolah favorit yang menerima siswa baru berdasarkan nilai hasil ujian sekolah, prestasi akademik dan non akademik, serta tes tertulis. Makapara guru terbiasa menghadapi siswa dengan kemampuan kognitif dalam prestasi belajar yang cukup baik sehingga para guru mengalami kesulitan ketika menghadapi siswa dengan prestasi belajar yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh sistem zonasi penerimaan peserta didik baru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII di SMPN 1 Kota Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi 285 dengan penentuan jumlah sampel Krejcie dan Morgan taraf kepercayaan 95% berjumlah 158 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian diuji dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase, statistik korelasional, dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan sistem zonasi penerimaan peserta didik baru terhadapprestasi belajar peserta didik kelas VII SMPN Negeri 1 Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Terbukti hasil perhitungan analisis statistik korelasidiperoleh rxy = 0,030 dengan rtabel = 0,159, maka rxy < rtabel. Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh a = 81,268 dan b= -0,043, jadi Ŷ = 81,268 -0,043X. Uji-t diperoleh thitung =-0,369, dengan ttabel =1,684. Karena nilai -thitung < -ttabel, maka dapatdisimpulkan bahwa variabel X memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap variabel Y. Pada out put uji signifikansi dan linearitas persamaan regresi diatas ternyata diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,713 lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga tidak signifikan.
This study aims to determine the magnitude of the direct and indirect effect of Principal Leadership Style, Teacher Professionalism, Teacher Academic Self-Concept, Teacher Work Motivation, Teacher Work Spirit on the Quality of Learning Management of Hindu Religion and Character Education at the High School Level in Karangasem Regency. The population of this research is all teachers of Hinduism and good manners who teach at the high school level in Karangasem Regency, amounting to 46 people. This study used an ex-post facto design. The data obtained were analyzed by path analysis involving regression analysis and coefficient analysis on the regression path. The results showed that: (The principal's leadership style has a direct influence on the teacher's Academic Self-Concept by 33%, the principal's leadership style has a direct influence on the Teacher's Work Motivation by 18%, the principal's leadership style has a direct influence on the Teacher's Work Spirit by 15 ,4%, the principal's leadership style has an influence on the quality of learning management by the teacher by 3%, teacher professionalism has a direct influence on the teacher's academic self-concept by 31%, teacher professionalism has a direct influence on teacher work motivation by 64.0%.
