Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan Program Indonesian Arts and Culture Scholarship di Sanggar Seni Semarandana pra dan post pandemi Covid–19. Pendekatan penelitian yang relevan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya persamaan dan perbedaan dalam pelaksanaan Program Beasiswa Seni dan Budaya Indonesia pra dan post pandemi Covid–19. Pelaksanaan Program Beasiswa Seni dan Budaya Indonesia di Sanggar Seni Semarandana yang diselenggarakan sejak tahun 2003 hingga 2019 berlangsung secara tatap muka. Munculnya wabah pandemi Covid–19 menyebabkan pelaksanaan Beasiswa Seni dan Budaya Indonesia pada tahun 2020 ditiadakan. Seiring berjalannya waktu, Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia bersama sanggar mitra mulai beradaptasi dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid–19 dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Pelaksanaan Program Beasiswa Seni dan Budaya Indonesia pada tahun 2021–2022 dilaksanakan secara virtual dengan menggunakan platformZoom Meeting. The research entitled The Implementation of Community Based Tourism Model in Munggu Village Badung Bali focused on how Munggu tourist village manage the local tourist potencies based on community participation. Data collected by observation and deep interview with village leaders and Pokdarwis (local tourism management) Head. Though the status as tourist village for Munggu village is given in 2010 with 10 other villages in Badung Regency but the follow up run slowly until the new Pokdarwis Leader make a visit to Tourist Board of Badung Regency who give a slight understanding. Then, the community-based management is implemented start from village legality, local people representative, socialization program to stakeholders, people chance for getting job, collaboration with BumDes (Commercial Village Board) as well as receiving profit through legal institution. In the program of managing Munggu Beach, Pokdarwis team held some preparations, such as cleanliness, placing food stall, parking area, toilet, information desk with healthy protocol aids. The source of fund come from food stall retribution and parking ticket. Later, it is divided 45% for BumDes after taking some for operational and depreciation. It means that the profit is shared to people through relevant institution where as another 5% for donation and education program. In short, Munggu Tourist Village successfully implemented community-based tourism management which is similar to village management model in Bali
Desa Munggu telah ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata melalui Peraturan Bupati Badung Nomor 47 Tahun 2010 tentang Penetapan Kawasan Desa Wisata di Kabupaten Badung. Pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Badung cenderung lebih menonjolkan keindahan alam, suasana pedesaan, dan keaslian sosial budaya masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang pengembangan potensi Desa Wisata Munggu sebagai daya tarik wisata berbasis masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengembangan potensi Desa Wisata Munggu sebagai daya tarik wisata berbasis masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Wisata Munggu, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif kristis dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung atau observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi pengembangan Desa Wisata Munggu didukung dengan daya tarik wisata (attraction) yang terdiri dari daya tarik wisata alam, budaya, spiritual, dan minat khusus, fasilitas pndukung pariwisata, aksesibilitas yang cukup memadai, dan kelembagaan yang mendukung pariwisata di Desa Wisata Munggu.
Tangkup Village has an area of 2,667 Km2, most of which is in the form of rice fields. The natural tourism potential of Tangkup Village is a rice field area located in Tangkup Anyar, a watershed located in Tangkup Desa area, and green hills that surround the village. Cultural potential in the form of cagcag woven cloth which is a typical product of Tangkup, traditional snacks called jaje tulud, tipat pesor and sangait. In other places, sangait is made from sweet potatoes, Sangait in Tangkup village is made from cassava which is widely grown by local people. However, in the process of developing this snack product, it encountered obstacles related to the dough that did not support the process of design tulud cakes with coconut shells. Even though the community wants to develop jaja tulud, the tools used should not be replaced. Because of these difficulties, not many residents survive to make jaja tulud which is usually used for ceremonial needs. Regarding its function as a typical snack, students want to develop this snack so that it can be of economic value and accepted by tourists through a more elegant presentation. Students are actively involved in the preparation for the formation of Pokdarwis so that the direction of village development is towards a managed and directed tourism village. So far, the potential management of Tangkup Village is still being handled independently by utilizing the land owned, especially those located near watersheds, in the form of cafes, rafting, Asta Gangga Park attractions and bamboo houses that are being built as tourist facilities on the hill. The village hopes that students will help generate the tourism potential of Tangkup Village, so that it is widely known and visitors enjoy the beauty of this beautiful fertile village through the preparation of local human resources to welcome Tangkup village which will soon become a tourist village.
The Covid-19 pandemic poses a threat as well as an opportunity for tourist villages. Losing tourists is a threat, while improvement to prepare quality tourism is an opportunity. The problems faced by Sangeh Tourism Village are : i) there were still many people who had not implemented health protocols, ii) the potential for village tourism had not been fully offered in tour packages. The mentoring activity for Sangeh Tourism Village aims to increase tourist satisfaction in the normal era. The method used by giving lectures and discussions. The results of the activity show: i) increased public awareness regarding the application of health protocols, ii) the formation of natural, cultural and artificial tourism packages.
