Investment in «personal training » has becom a standard phrase of management and of the economists. But has this notion now gone beyond the level of discourse and of metaphor ? Can expenditure on training be considered as investment ? In this article we propose to answer these questions by looking at them in turn from the point of view of the accountant and of the management.
