We have proposed to present a theoretical and practical approach to the effective communication in teaching, with the objective of know which are the opinions of teachers on communication skills and motivation of their students in the classroom. It is a descriptive case research with the objective of knows which are the opinions of teachers on communication skills and motivation of their students in the classroom. The study included a total of 245 people from four universities in Romania. The results obtained by analyzing the responses of the subjects included in our sample have showed that group of teachers have the same opinions regarding the competencies of communication. The research findings coming according to recent studies, confirming that without communication, the teaching and learning process will not take place. Therefore, teachers with good communication skills will create a more successful teaching and learning ambience for the students. On the other hand, someone with great communication skills has the potential to influence others and effective communication strategies will lead to success. Communication skills and work motivation have a high influence in the teaching aspect. The teacher's communication style can influence the interest and attitude of the students in creating a fun and learning atmosphere.
This article emphasizes the importance of using new technologies in university education, which is significant for teacher's possibility in order to implement into teaching as the method of proposal for a collaborative work, in some aspects, to develop the skills required. From the point of view of the student, the technologies provide opportunities for motivating learning and also collaborative nuances. In particular, explain our experience in the utilization of new technologies in university teaching activities as teachers. The use of ICT in university teaching practice is contemplated as a necessity facing the adaptation to the EHEA.
This paper addresses an important and timely topic in theoretical and practical area of higher education and modern teaching. Purpose of study consisted in the analyses of barriers to efficient communication in teacher-student relationship and identify of suggestions, recommendations regarding to valorisation experiences of communication. It is a descriptive case research based on teaching experience in higher education. Was analyzed the population of students, aged between 18 and 28 years in higher education. Results show that students consider as fundamental barriers: physical discomfort, disinterest due to the lack of teaching materials, excessive verbalism and anxiety. Communicate effectively is an art.
