Buah sirsak gunung merupakan tanaman berkhasiat sebagai penurun kadar asam urat karena mengandung antioksidan tinggi. Buah Sirsak gunung dibuat menjadi sari buah untuk mempermudah dalam mengonsumsi dan dilanjutkan dengan difermentasi menggunakan Bakteri Lactobacillus casei. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui khasiat sari buah sirsak gunung dan minuman probiotik buah sirsak gunung (Annona montana) pada mencit (Mus musculus L.) yang mengalami asam urat diatas normal. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimental dengan tahapan meliputi Aklimatisasi mencit 25 ekor, pemberian puree hati ayam, pembuatan minuman probiotik dan sari buah sirsak gunung, dan perlakuan uji kepada mencit selama 3 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sari buah sirsak gunung dan minuman probiotik buah sirsak gunung sama sama dapat menurunkan asam urat sebesar 50%. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulakan sari buah sirsak gunung dan minuman probiotik buah sirsak gunung memiliki aktivitas terapi pada kadar asam urat mencit.

The performance of mutton is influenced by quality feed, easy to obtain, and does not compete with humans. Water hyacinth has a fairly high content of protein, fiber, fat, and energy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the use of water hyacinth-based forage rations on the performance of sorghum. The study was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD). A total of 80 male mutton were placed in 20 cage plots, so that each cage plot consisted of 4 birds. The types of treatment used were P0 (100% rice bran) as control, P1 (75% rice bran + 25% water hyacinth), P2 (50% rice bran + 50% water hyacinth), P3 (25% rice bran + 75% water hyacinth). The variables observed were ration consumption, body weight gain, ration conversion, feed cost per gain, and mortality. The research data were analyzed using analysis of variance and if they showed significant differences, they were further tested using Duncan's multiple distance test. The results showed that the ration consumption, body weight gain, ration conversion, and feed cost per gain with the addition of water hyacinth in the ration statistically showed a significant difference while the mortality calculated descriptively did not show any difference. Mortality occurred in treatment P3 (25% rice bran + 75% water hyacinth). It can be concluded that in order to improve the performance of male gibbons, the provision of forage water hyacinth in the ration should not be more than 50%.

The background of this research is that the development of technology is very rapid, causing many fields to be affected by its development. Which one of them is technology in the field of information and communication technology. Internet is born which makes every business easier. One thing that is affected is in the economic sector, especially in the buying and selling process. The presence of the internet has created a place for online transactions called the Marketplace. Currently the Marketplace is very popular with people. Then what is the attitude of Indonesian Muslim students in facing all of this, what is the impact on Muslim students. In this study we used the literature study method, spread out questionnaires and interviews. The results of this research are expected to be taken into consideration in determining attitudes towards Marketplace developments. For future researchers, it is hoped that they can research with a wider time and reach so that the results obtained are more representative.
