This paper examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach is used to examine the relationship or influence between (X), (Y), and (Y1). The population in this study was 50 respondents. The results showed a significant partial effect of the transformational leadership variable on job satisfaction. The organizational culture variable has a partially significant influence on job satisfaction. The transformational leadership variable has a partially significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. There is no significant partial effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has implications for the importance of cultural awareness of organizational citizenship behavior for each individual to build a good work team so that the achievement of organizational performance can be better than before.
Revolusi industry 4.0 sebagai bentuk upaya transformasi menuju perbaikan proses dengan mengintegrasikan lini produksi dengan dunia siber, dimana proses produksi berjalan secara online melalui koneksi internet sebagai penopang utamanya. Kelapa sawit saat ini menjadi salah satu komoditas tanaman perkebunan andalan Indonesia dalam menghasilkan devisa. Industri kelapa sawit, memiliki pangsa pasar dengan pertumbuhan mencapai 9,23% pada tahun 2017. Selain itu, industri tersebut juga menjadi penyumbang devisa terbesar dari sektor non-migas yang mencapai hingga 34,33% di tahun 2017. Luas perkebunan kelapa sawit menurut Dirjen Perkebunan Departemen Pertanian telah berkembang menjadi 8,9 juta hektar di Indonesia. Strategi pengembangan kelapa sawit sangat perlu untuk dikembangkan, mengingat semakin kompetitifnya persaingan di pasar global dan juga sesuai dengan program peningkatan nilai tambah maka penting untuk mengetahui daya saing kelapa sawit di Indonesia dan menetapkan rumusan strategi yang mampu meningkatkan daya saing tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Industri 4.0 melalui inovasi dan teknologi berperan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas. Penerapan teknologi akan memperkuat keberlanjutan dari industri, termasuk industri sawit. Teknologi digital telah memudahkan banyak pekerjaan di industri sawit. Penyedia layanan cloud terkemuka di Indonesia, Datacomm Cloud Business bersama dengan mitra, memperkenalkan solusi Digital Perkebunan Terintegrasi SMART AGRICULTURE untuk Perkebunan pada umumnya dan perkebunan Kelapa Sawit. Smart Agriculture dapat menyongsong Industry 4.0 dan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan.
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and develop a theory (predictive orientation) of the effect of talent management and competence on performance mediated by organizational commitment at Madrasa Aliyah (MA) Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar. The research approach uses an explanative survey approach. The questionnaire was prepared based on talent management, competence, performance, and organizational commitment. The research data was taken from 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out by using a random sampling technique. In this study, data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using Smart PLS software. PLS is a component or (variance) based structural equation model (SEM). The study shows that talent and competency management affect a person's performance. The better the management of talent and competency, the better the performance will be. When the performance improves, the higher the organizational commitment you have. In addition, the better one's talent management, the higher the organizational commitment.
This study aims to determine the effect of teacher motivation and skills on performance through leadership as an Intervening Variable in MA Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all teachers, namely 69. Sampling in this study was saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis methods using path analysis with the IBM SPSS statistical 22 programs. The results showed that there was a significant influence of teacher motivation and skills on performance through leadership. The higher the teacher's motivation and skills, the higher the performance and leadership. There is an indirect effect of work motivation on teacher performance through leadership as an intervening variable at MA Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar, as evidenced by the results of the sobel test, which is greater than t-table means there is a mediating effect. Leadership can be a mediating variable between work motivation on teacher performance. Work skills influence teacher performance through leadership as an intervening variable at MA Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar, as evidenced by the results of the Sobel test, which is greater than t-table, which means there is a mediating influence. So, leadership can mediate between work skills and teacher performance.
