This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of brand awareness on the purchase Intention of the customer CS Finance Tangerang area 2) the influence of brand awareness on perceived quality in customers CS Finance Tangerang area and 3) the influence of perceived quality on purchase decisition on CS Finance Tangerang area customers. This study uses a conclusive research design that is research designed to help decision making in determining, evaluating and choosing the best alternatives in solving research problems. The type of research that the author uses in the design of conclusive research is a type of descriptive research that is research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables with the specification of a single cross-sectional design research technique in which data collection activities are carried out from one respondent for a particular moment. This research was analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Lisrel, a statistical modeling technique that is very cross-sectional, linear and general. Included in the Lisrel SEM is factor analysis, path analysis and regression. The study was conducted from February to August 2018. Respondents were 200 samples at CS Finance Tangerang area customers. The results of the study are: 1) the positive and significant influence of brand awareness on purchase intention on CS Finance Tangerang area customers 2) the positive and significant influence of brand awareness on perceived quality in consumers of CS Finance Tangerang area and 3) the influence positive and significant perceived quality of purchase intention in CS Finance Tangerang area consumers.

Respondents were 199 employees at PT Meritindo Sejahtera Jakarta. The results of the study are: 1) the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation of PT Meritindo Sejahtera Jakarta employees. 2) the insignificant influence of work stress on work motivation on employees of PT Meritindo Sejahtera Jakarta. 3) the influence of transformational leadership onperformance service on PT Meritindo Sejahtera employees 4) the influence of work stress onperformance service employeeon PT Meritindo Sejahtera Jakarta employees. 5) the influence of motivation onperformance service on PT Meritindo Sejahtera employees.
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, and work motivation towards discipline work at SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. The primary data were derived from questionnaires and the secondary data were from school statistics. The population of the research was all college teachers in SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. The research method is: quantitative research that uses the survey method in question is to explain the causal influence or correlation which is commonly referred to as path analysis with the data analysis technique used in this research is SEM (structural equation modeling) lisrel 8.8. The respondents were 150 teachers of Mitra Karya Karawang Vocational School with a minimum service period of 1 year. The results show that organizational culture, anda work motivation together have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially organizational culture and work motivation have a significant positive effect on work discipline. The most work motivation is a powerful variable of influence on discipline work.

Some of the things included in Change Management are Individuals, Work Teams, Organizational cooperation/cooperation, excessive decentralization and lack of speed of communication which affects the efficiency of operations at all levels. An organization will experience a development if the organization can be declared successful when it develops in a positive direction, so that employees who join the organization can achieve their goals. The development of the organizational structure requires adjustments to the system within the organization in order to keep up with the changing times. The development of an organization can also be used as a scale for the organization, whether the organization remains active and protects the employees in the organization as well as in the face of the times. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research.

This paper is a review of the strategic relationship between Transformational Leadership, Trust Organization and Organizational Commitment on the performance of company services. This research was conducted by looking at the three factors that are considered to have an effect on service performance, namely the Transformational Leadership, Trust Organization and Organizational Commitment factors through various relevant research methods and can explain in detail the relationship between service performance factors and Transformational Leadership, Trust Organization and Organizational Commitment.
