The study is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the training methods for the athletes and officers of the security forces to improve the effectiveness of kicks. Nevertheless, the analysis of the scientific literature showed that the existing methods of sports training of boxers kick boxers, etc. does not allow you to achieve the necessary impact force. The authors recommend using different methods of intensive functional training based on crossfit to increase the impact strength. The conducted researches have shown that the use of crossfit means allows to increase the force of kicks significantly and reliably performed by hands and legs by the cadets studying in the educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. We determined that the strength of a direct kick with the right and left hand to the head increased significantly. A significant increase in the strength of the kick is noted when performing a side kick with the right leg to the head. Meanwhile, the authors recommend using the methods of intensive functional training crossfit in the training activities of the athletes practicing the martial arts, police and military servicemen.
The article is about modern problem of physical upbringing and health improvement among junior age schoolchildren. During different points of view study concerning this problem we defined the plan of the future experimental work. In the presented material we studied the questions of physical readiness and motivation for the regulated normatives of All-Russian physical culture and sport "Ready for labor and defense" (GTO) complex fulfillment. There is a theoretical interconnection between physical readiness of junior schoolchildren, which should be oriented toward RLD (GTO) normatives fulfillment, and their health state. We studied age period of the 1 st and the 2 nd step of physical culture and sports RLD (GTO) complex. In the end we presented the plan of the experimental activity concerning physical upbringing process and junior schoolchildren's motivational training optimization. Increasing in the practical orientation of training is a reserve for improving the quality of training of specialists for the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In organizing full-time education, the practical orientation of training can be ensured by the creation of educationalproduction centers (clusters) using a network form in the integration of educational organizations and the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The article deals with promising areas for the implementation of professional educational programs in the network form in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Thus, in implementing professional training programs in a network form, it becomes possible to use the resources of territorial bodies (polygons, shooting ranges, autodromes, etc.); to ensure students training to fulfill their future duties; to train cadets of educational institutions of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, located in the megacities of the Russian Federation, for ensuring the protection of public order during public mass events; to develop professional competences in operational activities. The implementation of professional educational programs of secondary vocational education in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia should take into account the conditions of the federal project «Professionality» of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of Education». It is necessary to develop, test and introduce a new educational technology based on the integration of educational organizations and territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The implementation of professional educational programs of higher education - bachelor’s and master’s programs - in the network form determines the need for short-term internships in the subdivisions of territorial body at the location of the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The implementation of programs for training highly qualified personnel in postgraduate studies in the network form makes it possible to conduct interdisciplinary scientific research using the scientific and pedagogical resources of several educational organizations. That allows the presence of two supervisors or a supervisor and a scientific consultant.
The need for scientific and theoretical comprehension and normative registration of definitions and provisions related to the scientific support of the activities of internal affairs bodies, the importance of creating a sound system of organizational and methodological foundations of scientific activity of a teaching employee working in an educational organization of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, taking into account the requirements of the time and current legislation (order The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated November 13, 2020 No. 767 approved the Concept of scientific support for the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030) determines the relevance of the research topic both in theoretical and practical terms. The challenge of the research lies in the contradiction between the need to fulfill the requirements of the “Concept of scientific support for the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030” and the absence of a section that provides training in the organizational and methodological foundations of scientific activity in the programs of supplementary vocational education for pedagogical staff of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the didactic content of the section «Fundamentals of Scientific Activity» of the programs of supplementary vocational education for teachers of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Research methodology – analysis of modern regulatory legal acts, scientific and methodological literature.
