The problem of social inequality is a relevant subject of research, since in many ways all kinds of protest movements arise in the society when its different segments and groups feel and experience social injustice. The individual’s disadvantaged position in the society at present and his/her willingness to change it against the inability to do it is an important indicator of social instability. However, people’s perception of social injustice and inequality is different. The purpose of the present study is to explore the causes of economic inequality in Russia, as viewed by the population, as well as the attitudes to fairness of economic inequality and subjective assessment of one’s own chances of material success. The paper identifies the factors that influence subjective assessment of a person’s own chances. In the opinion of the population, it is non-meritocratic forms that are predominant in the Russian society. It was found that dissatisfaction with inequality is lower among the people who are poor today but contemplate to become rich in the future than among those who apprehend of becoming poor both now and in the future. It is shown that the individual’s subjective rank in income distribution is more important for one’s subjective well-being than the relative wage level.
В статье представлены возможные варианты интеграции систем управления организациями в структуру цифровых кластеров, представляющих собой систему устойчивых социально-экономических отношений, реализуемых на основе цифровой платформы, стабильных интеграционных связей с компаниями реального сектора экономики, ориентированных на оптимизацию операционных и трансакционных издержек как оператора услуг, так и партнеров и потребителей. Проанализированы основные направления использования возможностей цифровых кластеров при развитии моделей управления современными организациями. Описаны два основных подхода к пониманию сущности современных кластеров -пространственный и интеграционный, существующие в теории управления экономическими системами. Отмечено, что в основе формирования модели цифрового кластера может лежать только относительно специализированная коммерческая платформа. Автор отмечает особенности различных вариантов интеграции моделей управления предприятиями в цифровые кластеры. Среди прочих вариантов рассматриваются регулярное потребление цифровых услуг платформы и субъектов кластера, интеграция в кластер в качестве инфраструктурного субъекта и соответствующая модификация модели управления, интеграция в кластер в качестве базового субъекта реального сектора экономики, коалиционные мультибрендинговые программы лояльности с цифровым кластером, модель создания собственного цифрового кластера. The article shows initiative in the field of state support for progressive development and upgrading systems of managing entities of small and medium intellectual business in national economy. It includes setting-up a special federal foundation to support initiatives in the sphere of information market, providing broadest opportunities for using federal and regional innovation infrastructure, stimulating commercial banks of the Russian Federation to intensify crediting of entities of small and medium information business in Russia and tax preferences. The author highlights steps aimed at the development of strategic management of small and medium information entities’ work as residents of Russian Federation economy. This covers improvement of cloud technology use, development of integration processes in the field of managing entities of small and medium information business in Russia, growth in the efficiency of managing information security and enhancement of economic potential use of social networks in organization governance. The author puts forward a model of mega-integrator of digital platform management as a unique information and communication space, which provides opportunities for organizations to choose the most preferable managerial variants of using the broadest range of digital platforms.
The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 was a real shock to the entire global community. It hit both the health systems of the infected countries and the economies. Border closures, quarantines for citizens and disruption of production caused economic shock to many organizations. First, the tourism and transport industry suffered, followed by agriculture and mining, and then all other industries. However, the economic crisis also caused some problems in the financial sector: increased risks of non-compliance with loans, cash outs of bank deposits, increased pressure on the insurance market, panic in commodity and securities markets. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of COVID-19 on the financial system of developed countries. As part of this study, a review of scientific research in the field of pandemics and finances was conducted, how the spread of infection affected the economy, banking, financial markets, and government regulation in the financial sector as a whole.
