There are many problems in traditional elevator industry, such as, poor maintenance, unclear elevator operation information and single supervision platform. In this paper, a smart elevator management system based on “BIM + IOT” is proposed. This system combines BIM Technology, Internet technology, embedded technology and software management technology with elevator intelligent management system. It realizes the video monitoring of the whole equipment, equipment status monitoring, multi-party joint rescue and multiplatform information sharing of Government, Enterprise, Property and Maintenance. The system is composed of hardware and software, which realizes the functional coupling between elevator safety and intelligent building, and provides a research direction for Intelligent Building.
In China, the research on detection technology of elevator fault is relatively late, and most of the technologies are only in the research of theoretical stage and have not yet been tested by practical applications. Organize and summarize the relevant literature and personal research. The research status of fault diagnosis, Prediction and Health Management technology at home and abroad is summarized. And the latest research of elevator fault prediction and health management technology is analysed. Finally, the challenges and the development trend of elevator fault health management are expounded.
Elevator is not only a means of transportation for people, but also a symbol of national science and technology. With the hot topic in the field of elevator safety, the public awareness of elevator emergency management has increased remarkably. In response to the current fragmentation dilemma of elevators in China, elevator information management system is integrated by Multi department and the operating information is pushed by APP software, so the elevator accidents would be processed effectively.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
