This study aimed to investigate the significance of the effect of quality of work life and self-esteem on employee performance. This study employed a quantitative research design. The research sample was 32 employees of PT. Podomoro Poultry Equipment. Data collection was done by distributing closed questionnaires; quality of work life questionnaire, self-esteem questionnaire, and employee performance questionnaire; using a Likert scale 1-5 which was given to respondents directly. The analysis phase was carried out the first time by testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The results of the study found that simultaneously, quality of work life and self-esteem had a significant effect on employee performance, and partially it was also found that quality of work life and self-esteem had a significant effect on employee performance.
This community service activity was carried out with the participants of the PKK Dusun Cakruk Tales Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency which has Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Technology that is developing rapidly allows us to continue to communicate and carry out business activities amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. With the existence of social media, of course, it can make it easier, help businesses and develop their marketing strategies.The purpose of this service is to provide training on the use of social media to improve marketing. The problem that occurs with partners is the lack of product marketing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The solution offered here is to provide education and training related to the use of social media and skills training in taking product photos. The method of activity used in this community service is the method of lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice. The result of this community service is the transfer of partner knowledge to market MSME products through social media and the skills to take photos of their products
The research aims to analyze the Factor Influencing Student Achievment Junior High School 1 Kediri. The hypothesis tested in this study were (1) there is significant effect partial curriculum on student achievement, (2) there was a significant effect of partial environmental education on student achievement, (3) there was significant effect of partial education infrastructure on student achievement, (4) there are simultans effect of curriculum, education environment, and insfrastructure on student achievement. The result of descriptive analysis it was revealed that student achievement SMPN 1 Pagu Kediri in both categories (56,5%), curriculum in both of the data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis show (1) the curriculum has a significant impact on student achievement t-hit >t-tab (4,692 > 1,656) with a significant level of 0,000 (2) education environment have significant impact on academic achievement students t-hit > t-tab (3,623 > 1,656) with asignificant level of 0,001 (3) education infrastructure has a significant impact on student achievement t-hit > t-tab (3,858 > 1,656) with a significant level of 0,001 (4) together curriculum, education environment, and education infrastructure has significant influence on student achievement F-hit >F-tab (5,558 > 3,276), with a significant level of 0,001 with the effective contribution of 77,5% (R square =0,775). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penilti : terdapat pengaruh secara parsial keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) (X1), kompensasi (X2), disiplin kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Pengembilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan Perusahaan PT. Aryana Sinar Abadi sebanyak 44 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan proposal program SPSS versi 25, menunjukkan bahwa : (1) keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 5,474 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. (2) kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung -2,444 dan nilai Sig. 0,19 < 0,05. (3) disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 1,283 dan nilai Sig. 0,207 > 0,05. (4) keselamatan kesehatan kerja, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 12,504 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji analisis regresi linear berganda maka menghasilkan rumus persamaan Y = 11,179 + 0,627X1 - 0,394X2 + 0,208X3 + e.
