Counselling guidance has been extensively researched for educational purposes to develop the students' knowledge, affective, and skills. Counsellors or counselling guidance teachers train students in achieving these three domains through teaching or training. The purpose of this study is to link counselling guidance and behavior change in students in a private high school located in South Tangerang, Indonesia majoring in social studies. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was chosen in the study. This study involved 30 students of the 11th grade. Convenience sampling is used in the participation recruitment. The results of the study, in general, show that there is a significant relationship between counselling guidance and changes in the student behaviors, such as students trying their best to answer teacher exams, submitting assignments on time, responsibilities when working together, entering class on time, obeying rules, confident in presenting their work in front of the class, willing to share their resources, sympathize and empathize without discrimination.
Sholat is worship obligatory for every Muslim , so it should be taught to children as early as possible with the correct movement and reading the correct as corresponding guidance of the Prophet Muhammad. In the Covid-19 pandemic situation , learning is hampered by many problems including the loss of face - to – face activitis , intense interaction between teachers and students, as well as habituation of prayer which is hampered in its implementation at school . Audio-visual media is the choice in learning this Sholat, where grade I children are still at an early age and tend to prefer visual (real) things, pay attention to movements in videos and are expected to be easy to imitate. It is believed to be able to replace habituation in school who do it directly . The activities of this can be done by using the facilities zooming meetings and the use of other media socials . The method that is used is the research of action class , the background behind the research in class I SD Ar -Rahman Motik , South Jakarta. The purpose of this research is focused on improving the understanding of Sholat in first grade elementary school students, with sub focus on how to use audio-visual media in learning prayer , and how students' understanding of prayer readings is related to reading and its functions . The action performed by the first advance perform activities of pre- cycle to assess the ability of the student before using audio-visual media, then the first cycle, child is taught to pray by using audio-visual media. Results of the study showed the increase from before the use of audio-visual media to after it was used. . That is 11% good , and 89% the ability to read the Sholat readings is sufficient and less . 5% good and 95% of children's ability to perform prayer movements is sufficient and less , the figure is still below the KKM ( Minimum Completeness Criteria ) after the action is carried out the result is an increase , namely , 94% good (39% good and 55% very good ). As for the Sholat movement, 100% good (39% good , 61% very good ) even though there are 6% or 1 child who is considered to be lacking in prayer readings . But as a whole 80% already meet the criteria so that the cycle II is not required .
The study intends to ascertain how enhancing the effectiveness of Islamic boarding school management in individual leadership contributes to the success of Islamic boarding schools. Darunnajah Ulujami, an Islamic boarding school, has implemented overall quality management and has successfully raised the education standard. This study aims to determine how seriously Islamic boarding schools should be managed to improve their TQM performance. The methodology in this study was qualitative. Data from observation, interviews, and relevant reading sources were used to collect the data. Triangulation was used to verify data. The method of data analysis performed was qualitative. The results showed: The individual leadership of the Darunnajah Islamic boarding school in South Jakarta has a good leadership performance based on the respondent's assessment in assessment that the leader pays attention to the rights and concerns of employees. The advantage in assessing individual leadership is inseparable from the quality and leadership style used or applied by the administration of the Islamic boarding school. These indicators can be seen in personal leadership in understanding their duties and responsibilities well. However, it has advantages and disadvantages and tends to be more authoritarian. The leadership style in Islamic boarding schools, the habit of a Kiai is highly respected because it has its advantages. A madrasa leader must have charisma and abilities that are above the power of the average community.
