Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di jalan Yos. Sudarso No. 75 Palangka Raya (Samping Hypermart). Metode deskriptif yaitu peneliti yang dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai suatu gejala yang ada. Subjek penelitiannya adalah bagian pemasaran pada PT. Cell Com yaitu bapak Nopan Juhran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk memasarkan produk pada PT. Cell Com Palangka Raya yaitu tetap mempertahan-kan sistem bauran pemasaran 7P yaitu (produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, bukti fisik, dan proses). Yaitu dengan memasarkan produk alat elektronik dengan memiliki banyak variasi dan kualitas yang bagus agar sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen dan selalu memberikan kemudahan dalam pembelian produk. Berdasarkan matrik SWOT maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa pengembangan strategi yaitu strategi SO: membuat potongan harga apabila konsumen bisa melunasi dari jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan, menambah koleksi produk dari barang yang ditawarkan; strategi WO yaitu melakukan promosi yang tidak memakan waktu terlalu banyak dan meningkatkan kualitas barang; strategi ST berupa harga harus bersaing dengan pesaing dan menjaga pelayanan yang baik terhadap calon pembeli; strategi WT melakukan promosi besar-besaran baik dalam kota maupun luar kota.
This study aims to determine: 1) Does service quality affect consumer satisfaction, 2) Does price affect consumer satisfaction, 3) Does cafe atmosphere affect consumer satisfaction of all consumers at Cafe About Something Palangka Raya. The method used is descriptive and the determination of the sample does not use the solvin formula because the population is infinity. Sources of data in this study were 96 respondents, while the list of questions was made based on 4 variables, namely: Service Quality, Price, Cafe Atmosphere, Consumer Satisfaction. Interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the percentage of the frequency distribution. The results showed that consumer satisfaction About something coffee on the Service Quality variable was very satisfied, namely 38%, satisfied 46%, quite satisfied 13%, 2% less satisfied, 0.1% dissatisfied, the price variable was very satisfied, namely 27%, satisfied 43% , quite satisfied 25%, less satisfied 5%, atmosphere variable very satisfied that is 31%, satisfied 51%, quite satisfied 15%, dissatisfied 3% . And variable customer satisfaction very satisfied that is 33%, satisfied 49%, quite satisfied 16%. The highest level of consumer satisfaction is in the atmosphere dimension 51% in the "Satisfied" column in the statement The layout or layout in About Something is appropriate and neat and the lowest level of customer satisfaction is in the service quality dimension 3% in the dissatisfied column on the statement that the building facilities in About Something Coffee are complete (toilet, fan, table/chair).
Demand is the amount of goods or services that consumers want and can afford at a predetermined price. Demand can also be said as a consumer's desire to get an item and service with the consumer's ability to buy. This ability is also closely related to the consumer's income. Prices for goods and services can also affect demand. The method used in this research is descriptive method, which is a method that aims to describe a problem clearly. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is a qualitative data analysis technique which consists of 3 (three) stages of activities carried out sequentially, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the consumer demand for Alexindo Aluminum Products on Jalan Irian Palangka Raya is that the most popular consumer demand is Aluminum Frames, Aluminum Cabinets and Rolling Doors by setting the right price, product quality, service and promotion strategies to increase consumer demand for products manufactured by Alexindo Aluminum on Jalan Irian Palangka Raya.
People's Business Credit is one of the government programs that aims to help the Indonesian people who have small businesses to prosper the nation's economy which is carried out by certain banks, one of which is BRI. This study aims to analyze the procedures for granting public private loans as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for distributing people's business loans at Bank BRI Palangka Raya Unit Yos Sudarso. In this study using qualitative analysis, qualitative analysis techniques are carried out by collecting, compiling and drawing conclusions about the procedure for granting People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI Palangka Raya unit Yos Sudarso. The techniques of data collection procedures in qualitative analysis are interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Bank who understands the procedure for granting KUR and one of the customers of the BRI KUR Palangka Raya unit, Yos Sudarso. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the procedure for providing People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI Palangka Raya unit Yos Sudarso has been carried out quite well and in accordance with government regulations, namely the first stage of credit application, namely the process of collecting administrative data as the first requirement to apply KUR. The second stage is credit analysis, analyzing administrative files and making visits to prospective customers' places of business. The third stage is the credit decision, the head of the unit will provide the final result, namely the credit decision. The fourth stage is credit disbursement, which is filling out a credit agreement or credit agreement regarding the rights and obligations of the customer. The supporting factors for distributing people's business loans are data on business actors who received assistance from the president for MSMEs and data from the market office. The inhibiting factors for the distribution of people's business loans are business actors who do not and do not want to apply for loans and business actors who have businesses but have a bad loan history and some customers who apply for loans but do not own businesses.
This study aims to determine the financial performance of the CU Betang Asi TP Cooperative Headquarters in Palangka Raya during the 2016 – 2018 period. The benefit of this research is as a reference in making decisions and determining future policies, especially in the field of cooperative financial performance. The variable in this study is financial performance, with a population of all financial statement data, while the sample is the balance sheet and income statement for the period 2016-2018. Data collection uses documentation and observation techniques, while the data analysis technique used is ratio analysis based on financial performance which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio and cash ratio), solvency ratios (assets to debt ratio and debt to equity ratio), and profitability ratios (return on equity and earning power). Based on the results of research on the financial performance of the CU Betang Asi TP cooperative, Head Office in Palangka Raya during the period 2016 – 2018 from the analysis of the Liquidity ratio, it has decreased, while Solvency has developed quite well in its business activities, and the Profitability Ratio at the CU Betang Asi Palangka Raya Cooperative has experienced a decline. Decreased, but cooperatives are still good enough to be able to carry out their business activities.
