This study aims to determine: 1) Does service quality affect consumer satisfaction, 2) Does price affect consumer satisfaction, 3) Does cafe atmosphere affect consumer satisfaction of all consumers at Cafe About Something Palangka Raya. The method used is descriptive and the determination of the sample does not use the solvin formula because the population is infinity. Sources of data in this study were 96 respondents, while the list of questions was made based on 4 variables, namely: Service Quality, Price, Cafe Atmosphere, Consumer Satisfaction. Interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the percentage of the frequency distribution. The results showed that consumer satisfaction About something coffee on the Service Quality variable was very satisfied, namely 38%, satisfied 46%, quite satisfied 13%, 2% less satisfied, 0.1% dissatisfied, the price variable was very satisfied, namely 27%, satisfied 43% , quite satisfied 25%, less satisfied 5%, atmosphere variable very satisfied that is 31%, satisfied 51%, quite satisfied 15%, dissatisfied 3% . And variable customer satisfaction very satisfied that is 33%, satisfied 49%, quite satisfied 16%. The highest level of consumer satisfaction is in the atmosphere dimension 51% in the "Satisfied" column in the statement The layout or layout in About Something is appropriate and neat and the lowest level of customer satisfaction is in the service quality dimension 3% in the dissatisfied column on the statement that the building facilities in About Something Coffee are complete (toilet, fan, table/chair).
ABSTRAKMotivasi belajar adalah keseluruhan daya penggerak didalam diri siswa yang menimbulkankegiatan belajar menjamin kelangsungan dan memberikan arah pada kegiatan belajar sehinggatujuan yang dikehendaki dapat tercapai. Dalam motivasi belajar dorongan merupakan kekuatanmental untuk melakukan kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan harapan dan dorongan dalam hal iniadalah pencapaian tujuan. Ada dua jenis motivasi yaitu motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik.Guru sebagai pendidik dan pengajar tentu mengupayakan agar siswa dan siswi dapat belajar denganbaik, sehingga prestasi belajar meningkat sehinggadapat menyamai prestasi belajar temantemannya atau bahkan diatas rata-rata kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa sajaupaya guru untuk memotivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 2 PalangkaRaya.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan melibatkan 45orang siswa SMP Negeri 2 Palangka Raya, Data dijaring melalui angket secara tertutup (angkettertutup) untuk siswa yang diperkuat dengan hasil wawancara kepada Guru IPS dan dianalisisdengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Dari hasil wawancara diketahui bahwa dari 90 populasisiswa kelas VIII-8, VIII-9 dan VIII-10 masih ada siswa yang memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM(Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal) yaitu 75, hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya siswa kurang aktif dalammengikuti KBM (Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar) yang berlangsung. ada siswa yang menggunakanwaktunya untuk hal-hal yang kurang bermanfaat dengan bermain dengan kawan-kawannya saatproses pembelajaran berlangsung, Dari hasil angket upaya guru untuk memotivasi belajar siswadalam pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 2 Palangka Raya dinyatakan bahwa guru telah melakukanupaya dalam memotivasi belajar siswa. Usaha-usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh guru antara lain :memberikan angka/nilai, memberi hadiah, memberi ulangan, memberi pujian, memberi hukumandan memberi metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi.Kata Kunci: Upaya Guru, motivasi
Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan E-Learning, (2) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kekuatan dan kelemahan penerapan E-learning dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan metode E-learning untuk pembelajaran ekonomi tidak efektif karena siswa tidak mampu menggunakan aplikasi E-learning. Selain itu, mereka tidak tertarik untuk belajar secara online melalui metode E-Learning. Terkait kekuatan implementasi E-learning, kegiatan pembelajaran dilengkapi dengan Handphone, laptop, WIFI dan kuota gratis. Selain itu, proses pembelajaran akan lebih fleksibel, sehingga siswa memiliki banyak waktu untuk menyelesaikan tugas dan mencari beberapa referensi di Google. E-learning juga memiliki beberapa kelemahan. Pada faktor internal, siswa sulit menangkap inti materi, mereka juga akan lebih pasif di kelas, dan siswa tidak termotivasi untuk mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Sedangkan koneksi yang error, proses pembelajaran yang singkat, serta ketersediaan kuota dan handphone merupakan faktor eksternal dari kelemahan E-learning.
Unemployment and the low multidisciplinary labor market in Indonesia are multidimensional problems that are actually able to be solved. The solution the Indonesian government hopes is that unemployment can fall by increasing the quality of education and entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to provide a model of developing strategies that can be done to develop the potential of entrepreneurship education through the implications of digital technology so that the younger generation has the ability to start up and entrepreneurial spirit in the future. By using qualitative analysis sourced from the results of a literature study, researchers found that entrepreneurship education strategies based on local wisdom and assistance in adopting digital technology will be able to reduce unemployment and increase entrepreneurial creativity of the nation's children to compete and face the world of work. But in its development, a good collaboration is needed between support from government policies, teaching staff, and high interest and motivation from students to make it happen.
The problem raised in this research is how is the competitive strategy between culinary traders in the Sangomang Park, Palangka Raya. With the number of informants as many as 21 people and data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and interviews. The data analysis methods used are: (1) Data Reduction, (2) Data Presentation, and (3) Data Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study are culinary traders at Sangomang Park in terms of products using 3 competitive strategies that are applied, including developing existing products, making new products that do not exist in other traders, and maintaining or maintaining the quality of existing flavors. For the price applied, the trader follows or equals the price of the surrounding trader. Then in terms of service, culinary traders in Sangomang Park as a whole apply good service with smiles, greetings and greetings. Regarding promotion, there are those who promote their wares through social media and some only through their families, employees, and people they know. Even so, the income of traders during the pandemic decreased drastically, in this situation, traders rely on online motorcycle taxi services that accept delivery services for buyers, even though some continue to sell and some are closed by making independent businesses in their respective homes.
