This study entitled The Effect of Discipline and Workload on Employee Performance with Mediation of Motivation on Employees of the Administrative Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province aims to determine the description of discipline, workload, motivation, and performance and to examine the effect of discipline and workload on employee performance mediated with employee motivation. This study uses a quantitative research sample of as many as 30 respondents—data collection using questionnaires and documentation. In comparison, data analysis uses path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline variable (X1) has no effect on employee performance, workload variable (X2) affects employee performance (Y), work discipline variable (X1) does not affect motivation (Z), workload (X2 ) affect work motivation (Z), work motivation (Z) affect employee performance (Y), work discipline (X1) does not affect performance (Y) with the mediation of work motivation (Z), workload (X2) affects performance ( Y ) with work motivation mediation (Z).
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Pengelolaan Dana Desa di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan apa perbedaannya dengan pengelolaan Dana Desa sebelum munculnya pandemi tersebut, yang dilaksanakan pada Kantor Desa Sinar Baru Kecamatan Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Data dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Sinar Baru meliputi Kepala Desa dan Perangkat Desa, kemudian beberapa orang masyarakat serta dokumen-dokumen yang erat hubungannya dengan penelitian yaitu peraturan perundang-undangan terkait pengelolaan dana desa, data anggaran APBDes, profil desa, dll. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana Desa Sinar Baru Kecamatan Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala di masa pandemi COVID-19 mengalami beberapa perubahan yang terletak pada penyaluran dan prioritas penggunaan dana desa pada tahun 2020, sebagian besar dana desa akan digunakan untuk penanganan COVID-19 dan Bantuan Lansung Tunai Desa (BLT-Dana Desa). Sedangkan kendala yang ditemui misalnya terlalu sedikitnya anggaran dana tak terduga/dana cadangan/keadaan mendesak desa untuk penanganan dan pencegahan COVID-19, sehingga Pemerintah Desa terpaksa merombak kembali Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa-nya. The objectives to be achieved in this research are to: (1) analyze the role of Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (2) identify the obstacles faced by Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media in The Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency and (3) provide solutions to overcome the obstacles faced by Public Relations and Protocol in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained from the informants in this study were: Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Informant), Head of the Documentation and Publication Subdivision at the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Key Informant), Staff of the Public Relations and Protocol of the Regional Secretariat of the North Hulu Sungai Regency. Data collection techniques are Interview, Observation and Documentation. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study show (1) The role of public relations and protocols in the socialization activities of the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency Government program which includes development, governance and public services through social media has been running optimally, but still not all of them can be implemented according to organizational goals, (2) Constraints faced Public Relations in disseminating Government Programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency in the form of: not fulfilling the quantity of public relations officers who handle the socialization of Government programs through social media, Not yet mastered by their work due to minimal educational background and training and completeness of public relations work facilities that are still not yet available as needed (3) solutions to overcome obstacles faced by public relations in disseminating Government programs through social media at the Regional Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency are needed: additional formation of public relations officers, increasing education education and training related to public relations, improving coordination between the head of public relations and protocol with documentation and publication officers and completing work facilities for information purposes. The study aimed to analyze the quality of public services at the Banjarmasin Branch Office of Employment BPJS (Social Security Agency of Health). The research method used by the researcher is a descriptive analysis method. Observation, interviews, and documentation carried out the data collection techniques in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative. The results of the study show (1) The accuracy of the services provided by employees is good enough in explaining matters related to participant requirements, making participant cards, claiming processes, and other public service activities organized by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, although often when performing public services outside the office the community asks the same questions over and over again, the employees still give good explanations, (2) The speed of service in overcoming problems that occur in public services is quite good, it is just that the number of employees when performing public services outside the office is quite good. Can reduce the level of community satisfaction, and (3) Hospitality is good with employees who are always ready to help the community's needs in the public service process.
