Saat ini, instansi pemerintah daerah terus mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai agar produktivitas organisasi tetap terjaga. Sorotan masyarakat terhadap kualitas kinerja pegawai yang rendah perlu direspon secara efektif oleh setiap instansi sehingga perubahan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat. Oleh karena itu, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai penting dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang berjumlah 111 orang pegawai melalui melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Teknik sampel penelitian adalah proportional simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin (tingkat kesalahan 5%) sehingga sampel penelitian berjumlah 87 orang pegawai. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner berbentuk skala likert. Pengujian data melalui teknik analisis data kuantitatif model persamaan struktural yaitu Structural Equation Modeling – SEM berbasis PLS. Temuan penelitian dari hasil olah data SmartPLS v. 3 menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti terdukung. Keterlibatan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. keterlibatan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.
Adolescence is a period of transition. There are so many problems that arise in adolescence, so they need special attention. Adolescence is a period of searching for identity, so many teenagers sometimes fall into juvenile delinquency. There are many factors that cause juvenile delinquency, and if not handled properly can cause decreased academic achievement. One factor that can handle it is religiosity. This research observed the student class XI of Senior High School X. The purpose of this observation is to see the correlation between religiosity and student’s achievement class XI at Senior High School X. As hypothesis, there is positive correlation between religiosities and student’s achievement. It shows when the religiosities are high, so the student’s achievement will be high. In the other hand when the religiosities are low, so the student’s achievement will be low. The population in this research are all student in ninth class (XI) at Senior High School X it totally 77 students. And the sampling technique that used is saturated sample.The sample taking is appropriate with Sugiyono opinion (2013), when the subject of the research relative small, so it better to take all subject. So the research called population research. It is done because the number of population relative small and the researcher want make the generalization with very small mistake. All students at ninth class totally 77 students, so the samples in this research are 77 students. The measuring instrument that used is religiosities scale that arranged based on the theory and the documentation of student report to see study achievement. The data analyzing method that used for hypothesis testing in this research is using product moment correlation Pearson that shows (r) = 0,589 with score (p) = 0,000 (p<0,01), Means the there is significant correlation with positive between religiosities with student achievement. In conclusion the hypothesis of this research can be accepted.
Living in an orphanage is a condition that is not expected by all teenagers, but there are some teenagers who have to live in an orphanage due to various factors. Life in an orphanage is also very complex with various problems that occur, especially for teenagers who enter the musical period and are still unstable. Psychological well-being with the gratitude (gratitude) they have is an important thing to see in adolescents. This study aims to determine the relationship between gratitude (gratitude) and psychological well-being in adolescents at the Rahmatan Lil' Alamin Orphanage, Padang City. The independent variable in this study is gratitude (gratitude) while the other variable is psychological well-being. The measuring instrument used in this study is a scale of gratitude (gratitude) and psychological well-being. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 60 teenagers at the Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin Orphanage, Padang City. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the gratitude scale move from rix = 0.479 to rix = 0.913 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.973 while the results of the validity coefficient on the psychological well-being scale move from rix = 0.349 to rix = 0.767 with a reliability coefficient = 0.926 . Based on data analysis, obtained a value of 0.629 with a significance level of 0.000 which means the hypothesis is accepted. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi pegawai terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pendidik di MAN 3 Padang dalam penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran online di masa pandemi covid-19. Metode pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 75 responden guru di MAN 3 Padang. Penelitian ini menguji instrument dengan menggunakan uji deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Uji validitas memiliki hasil perbandingan atas pertanyaan dari variable organizational citizenship behavior dan employee communication dinyatakan valid pada seluruh butir pertanyaan. Selanjutnya, uji reabilitas menghasilkan bahwa cronbanch’s alpha untuk semua variable adalah diatas 0,6. Untuk itu seluruh variable diatas dinyatakan handal. Hasil uji asumsi klasik ditemukan bahwa data terdistribusi normal dengan nilai asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,810< 0,05. Data juga ditemukan nilai tolerance > 0,10 dan hasil perhitungan nilai VIF < 10. Ini berarti tidak terjadi gejala multikolinieritas antar variable independen. Alasan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas pada model regresi ini disebabkan oleh tidak ada pola yang jelas serta titik-titik menyebar diatas dan dibawah angka 0 pada sumbu Y. Sehingga, dapat dikatakan uji heteroskedastisitas terpenuhi. Selanjutnya, untuk menguji pengaruh dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi pegawai terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB) di MAN 3 Padang. Dimana t-hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari t-tabel (7,939 > 1,66488) dengan taraf signifikan lebih tinggi dari alpha (0,000 < 0,05). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi antara satu sama lain dapat mempengaruhi perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB) dan dampaknya terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi.
