Characteristics of sediment Tras Nagreg as part of the volcanic process in the region provides anopportunity and potential to be utilized through mining activities. Mining activities, as a capitalintensive,labor-intensive and risk-filled industry, do not always have a negative impact on thesurrounding community, there is something to do with the economic aspects in which all types ofmineral deposits have economic value including tras. Nagreg Kendan Village, Nagreg Subdistrict aspart of Bandung Regency which has tras sediment potential, where in quality and quantity, trassediment in the area has big enough potency to be utilized especially to improve prosperity of localcommunity. Currently, the number of people with productive age is quite a lot, which becomes thecapital for the management of tras going forward, another thing to consider is the existence of thelocation not far from the access road that connects Bandung - Garut, Bandung - Cianjur and Bandung- Jakarta.

Pencurian artinya mengambil suatu barang milik orang lain dengan cara melawan hak orang tersebut. Perkembangan tindak pidana pencurian setiap tahun semakin meningkat. Suatu hal yang menjadi dampak negatif dari kemajuan yang telah dicapai oleh setiap negara. Sebagai contoh, di Indonesia sendiri tindak pidana pencurian sering terjadi dikarenakan struktur ekonomi yang semakin memburuk yang disebabkan oleh seringnya terjadi kenaikan harga barang dan inflasi yang cukup tinggi, sedangkan pembagian pendapatan bagi masyarakat tidak merata, dan juga tingginya angka pengangguran yang disebabkan oleh sulitnya mendapatkan pekerjaan. Hal lain yang mendukung seorang melakukan tindak pidana pencurian juga disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah pengaruh lingkungan, faktor keluarga, adanya kesempatan untuk melakukan tindak pidana tersebut, serta kurangnya kesadaran terhadap hukum dari si pelaku.

Abstract. CV Barokah Laksana Jaya is one of the companies engaged in the mining industry sector that produces mining materials. The company is located in Seungkeu Village, Sukamukti Village, Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency, West Java Province. In an effort to meet market needs and increase the value and marketability of minerals (Sirtu), CV. Barokah Laksana Jaya will plan sirtu processing activities to improve the quality of sirtu production to meet the needs of raw materials for infrastructure development. In increasing the selling power of sirtu from mining, CV. Barokah Laksana Jaya designed a crushing plant with a production target of 100 tons/hour. The processing design that is made is the preparation stage, namely reducing the size of the mined minerals and then grouping them into certain fractional sizes that have been planned by the company according to market needs. There are several tools used in the crushing plant including feeding using a grizzly feeder, primary crushing using a jaw crusher, secondary using a cone crusher, sizing using a vibrating screen, then there are supporting tools used to facilitate the transportation and feeding process, namely belt conveyors  and hoppers. Processing is carried out with the number of incoming feeds of 100 tons/hour. The tools used in this design are one hopper unit with a capacity adapted to feed of 71.5 m3,one grizzly feeder ZSW – 380 x 95II, one jaw crusher with PE type – 60 x 900 VI, one cone crusher with type PYB-1200, one unit vibrating screen with type 2YK – 1548 and 5 units belt conveyor. The final product produced according to the company's request is divided into 3 products, namely fraction 1 (-20 mm – 10 mm), fraction 2 ( -10 mm + 5 mm), Fraction 3 / milled sand (-5 mm) with the amount of production reached according to the plan that is equal to 100 tons / hour. Abstrak. CV. Barokah Laksana Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor industri pertambangan yang memproduksi bahan galian sirtu, Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Kampung Seungkeu, Kelurahan Sukamukti, Kecamatan Banyuresmi, Kabupaten Garut, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dan meningkatkan nilai dan daya jual bahan galian (Sirtu), CV. Barokah Laksana Jaya akan melakukan perencanaan kegiatan pengolahan sirtu untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi sirtu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku pembangunan infrastruktur. Dalam meningkatakan daya jual sirtu dari hasil penambangan, CV. Barokah Laksana Jaya melakukan perancangan crushing plant dengan target produksi 100 ton/jam. Rancangan pengolahan yang dibuat merupakan tahap preparasi yaitu pengecilan ukuran terhadap bahan galian yang ditambang dan kemudian dikelompokan menjadi ukuran – ukuran fraksi tertentu yang sudah direncanakan oleh perusahaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Terdapat beberapa alat yang digunakan dalam tahap crushing plant diantaranya meliputi pengumpanan menggunakan, grizzly feeder, primary crushing menggunakan jaw crusher, secondary crusing menggunakan cone crusher, sizing menggunakan vibrating screen, kemudian terdapat alat penunjang yang digunakan untuk mempermudah proses pengangkutan dan pengumpanan yaitu belt conveyor dan hopper. Pengolahan dilakukan dengan jumlah feed yang masuk sebesar 100 ton/jam. Alat yang digunakan dalam rancangan ini yaitu satu unit hopper dengan kapasitas disesuaikan dengan feed yang ada sebesar 71,5 m3 , satu unit grizzly feeder ZSW – 380 x 95II, satu unit jaw crusher dengan tipe PE – 60 x 900 VI, satu unit cone crusher dengan tipe PYB-1200, satu unit vibrating screen dengan tipe 2YK – 1548 dan 5 unit belt conveyor. Produk akhir yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan permintaan perushaan yaitu dibagi menjadi 3 produk yaitu fraksi 1 (-20 mm – 10 mm), fraksi 2 (-10 mm+5 mm), Fraksi 3 / pasir giling (-5 mm) dengan jumlah produksi tercapai sesuai rencana yaitu sebesar 100 ton/jam.    Kata Kunci : Crushing Plant, Vibrating Screen, Layout Rancangan Crushing Plant

Abstract. PT. DEF is a company that will plan gold mining in Simpenan District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province which needs to be done investment analysis and economic feasibility of mine to see gold reserve prospect in that location. Reference to the preparation of economic model used based on investment cost, production cost, and income from bullion gold sales. To consider this, an economics analysis is required based on the concept of discounted cash flow analysis and sensitivity analysis. The parameters used to determine economic viability in bullion gold production of PT. DEF are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP) and sensitivity to NPV value due to changes in selling price and production cost. Discounted Cash Flow Analysis Rate of Return (DCFROR) is an investmentrelated analysis that takes into account the time value of money and discount rate calculated by the Weighted Average Cost of Capital method of 10,44%. Cash flow is calculated per year with the objective of evaluation determined through Cash Outlow reduction from Cash Inflow resulting from investment activity. Based on analysis result of DCFROR analysis, Net Present Value value is Rp Rp73.474.877.956, Internal Rate of Return is 89.56 %, with Payback Period is 1 year 2.64 months, then this project is feasible to run. The parameters of investment that become the sensitivity are production cost and selling price. Assessment of sensitivity to NPV value due to changes in selling price and production cost at PT. DEF assuming escalation of revenues and cost escalation by 2% until 50% and so that the value of Net Present Value generated can show how sensitive the value obtained from the parameters of selling price. When the selling price drops above 16% and the production cost rises above 48%, then the project will be a loss. Abstrak. PT DEF merupakan perusahaan yang melakukan penambangan emas di Kecamatan Simpenan, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat, yang perlu dilakukan analisis investasi dan kelayakan ekonomi tambang untuk melihat prospek cadangan emas. Acuan penyusunan model ekonomi yang digunakan berdasarkan biaya investasi, biaya produksi, dan pendapatan dari penjualan bullion emas. Untuk mempertimbangkan hal tersebut maka diperlukannya analisis keekonomian berdasarkan konsep aliran kas diskonto (discounted cash flow analysis) dan analisis sensitivitas. Parameter yang digunakan untuk menentukan kelayakan ekonomi dalam produksi emas PT. DEF adalah Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Periode (PBP) dan sensitivitas terhadap nilai NPV akibat perubahan harga jual dan biaya produksi. Analisis Discounted Cash Flow Rate of Return (DCFROR) merupakan analisis yang berhubungan dengan investasi yang memperhitungkan nilai waktu dari uang dan discount rate yang dihitung dengan metode Weighted Average Cost of Capital yaitu 10,44%. Aliran kas dihitung pertahun dengan tujuan evaluasi yang ditentukan melalui pengurangan Cash Outlow dari Cash Inflow yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan investasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian analisis DCFROR didapat nilai Net Present Value yaitu  Rp73.474.877.956, Internal Rate of Return yaitu 89,56 %, dengan Payback Periode yaitu 1 tahun 2,64 bulan, maka proyek ini layak untuk dijalankan. Parameter investasi yang menjadi sensitivitas yaitu biaya produksi dan harga jual. Penilaian sensitivitas terhadap nilai NPV akibat perubahan harga jual dan biaya produksi di PT. DEF dengan asumsi eskalasi pendapatan sebesar 2% hingga 18% serta eskalasi biaya sebesar 2% hingga 50% sehingga nilai Net Present Value yang dihasilkan dapat menunjukan seberapa sensitif nilai yang didapatkan dari parameter harga jual. Ketika harga jual menurun diatas 16% dan biaya produksi naik diatas 48%, maka proyek ini akan rugi.
