El entorno actual donde las empresas pequeñas y medianas se desarrollan, ha cambiado a raíz del efecto de apertura comercial surgido posterior a la segunda guerra mundial. El objetivo de este documento es analizar la aplicación de la Inteligencia de negocios como una herramienta clave para que las pequeñas y medianas empresas utilicen la información como un insumo de apoyo a la toma de decisiones empresariales. La metodología empleada fue la revisión documental como herramienta, con un enfoque cualitativo descriptivo en el que se utilizaron bases de datos científicas como Dialnet, ScienceDirect y Scielo; y palabras clave como Inteligencias de Negocios, Business intelligence, Toma de decisiones, Información para realizar. Los criterios de inclusión son aquellos documentos que describan los atributos de la Inteligencia de Negocios, toma de decisiones e Información para realizar un análisis teórico, crítico y comparativo de las aportaciones de los autores de Inteligencia de Negocios. Los resultados indican que la Inteligencia de Negocios tiene los siguientes componentes: proceso interactivo, explorar, analizar, almacenamiento, tecnología y comunicar. Se concluye que la Inteligencia de Negocios es una solución valorable y viable para las organizaciones pues a través de su uso y aplicación proveen un soporte de conocimiento a los tomadores de decisiones.
El objetivo de la investigación fue desarrollar un modelo de sendero con factores económicos que la literatura relaciona de manera directa con las afectaciones económicas y el empleo formal e informal en la etapa de recuperación económica. El diseño del estudio fue no experimental transversal de corte explicativo. El estudio se realizó en un estado del Sureste de México, con un muestreo aleatorio por conglomerado que permitió la selección de 1151 estudiantes de pregrado y posgrado para contestar la encuesta. Los resultados muestran que los indicadores de ajuste al modelo propuesto fueron aceptables. Se concluye que el modelo teórico se sustenta en los datos, con excepción de la relación directa entre competencias y afectación a la actividad productiva.
The human factor within organizations is exposed to different types of risks, especially those that cause damage to their physical and psychological health, which if not identified and treated in time can generate irreversible damage to them. In recent years, investigations have been carried out that address the subject, in which different instruments have been implemented to identify and evaluate this phenomenon, so the purpose of this systematic review article was to analyze the instruments that allow identifying the factors of Psychosocial risks at work (FPR) in Latin America. The information search included databases on the web, such as Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo and ProQuest. Three people independently selected the articles for review, in a period from 2015 to 2020, where the methodological quality of each of them was evaluated, as well as the inclusion and exclusion criteria considered for the research. It was observed that in recent years different methods and instruments have been implemented to evaluate this phenomenon from different areas, so it is important to determine which are the optimal instruments to identify FPR in workers.

In Zacatecas, Mexico, it has been proven that 80% of car accidents are caused by using the cell phone while driving a car, thus displacing the use of alcohol and other massive substances for health, in addition, it is proven that Talking on a mobile phone when driving, increases the chances of causing a road accident up to five times and absorbs from eight to thirteen seconds of distraction on average answers a call or writes a message through the cell phone. In conclusion, the use of the cell phone has benefits, both personal and academic or work, although it is also important to instill road education in adolescents, from home and even in the same institutions that are more likely to be victims of an accident to Cause of excessive cell phone abuse.
