The 21st-century skills needed to face the speed of understanding technology. Such as critical thinking in computer vision and robotics literacy, any student is hampered by the programming that is considered complicated. This study aims at the improvement of student embedded system programming competency with computer vision and mobile robotics integration approach. This method is proposed to attract the students to learn about embedded system programming by delivering integration between computer vision and robotics using the P-D controller since both of the fields are closely related. In this paper, the researcher described computer vision programming to get the data of captured images through the camera stream and then delivered the data into an embedded system to make the decision of robot movement. The output of this study is the improvement of a student's ability to make an application to integrate a sensor system using a camera and the mobile robot running follow the line. The result of the test shows that the integration method between computer vision and robotics can improve the student's programming comprehension by 40%. Based on the Feasibility test survey, it can be interpreted that from the whole assessment after being converted to qualitative data, all aspects of the learning stages of programming application tested with the integration of computer vision and robotics fall into the very feasible category for used with a percentage of feasibility by 77.44%.
This study aims to determine the extent of the contribution of electricity education and training programs organized by vocational training centers in overcoming an unemployment problem. This research was conducted using the Context Input Process Product (CIPP) model evaluation approach. This research was designed by determining the classification of the success of the program implementation into 4 categories, namely, Very Good, Good, Poor, and Very Poor. The research data is presented in quantitative descriptive so that the obtained information can be understood easily. Based on the findings refer to the CIPP model, the aspect of the context in implementing the program was considered to be very good. Meanwhile, the Input, Process, and Product Aspects are in a good category. Thus, in general, the implementation of the Vocational Training Centers or Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Education and training program in the electricity sector can be said to run well and sufficiently contribute to overcoming an unemployment problem.
<span lang="EN-US">Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has succeeded in shaking the whole world. This situation requires medical personnel to work extraordinarily to treat COVID-19 patients with very high risk of transmission. For this reason, this study aimed to helping medical personnel handle COVID-19 patients through robotic technology. The development method in this study is proposed as a way to develop robots to serve patients in isolation rooms controlled at a distance away from other rooms. From technical testing, the movement of the robot with a load of 12.59 kg only experienced a speed slowdown which was not too significant, namely at 0.43s with an average percentage of slowdown of 8.96%. The accuracy of the proximity sensor testing is close to perfect with an accuracy percentage of 99.62%. The robot control distance was monitored and running well. Also, the increase in motor temperature is not too large, supported by measurement results of 32.13%. From non-technical testing, based on the test results of the feasibility test of all respondents with 25 indicators reached a feasibility level of 91.46%. In other words, healthcare mobile robots developed for helping medical personnel in dealing with COVID-19 patients are very feasible to be applied in hospitals.</span>
