Museum Balaputra Dewa merupakan salah satu Museum negeri yang ada di provinsi Sumatra selatan yang di kelompokan ke dalam 5 (lima) pameran besar dan menyimpan berbagai macam koleksi. Adapun yang menjadi Identifikasi masalah kurangnya sarana dalam mempromosikan Museum, kurangnya pemeliharaan dan pengawasan Museum, kurangnya minat masyarakat mengenal sejarah masa lampau, kurangnya penyediaan Cinderamata diMuseum. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana strategi Museum Balaputra Dewa dapat dikembangkan agar lebih maksimal dan hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Tahapan perumusan strategi diawali dengan analisis internal dan eksternal tahapan selanjutnya adalah tahapan analisis Matriks SWOT. Hasil analisa maka strategi pengembangan Museum negeri Balaputra Dewa masuk ke dalam langkah ketiga Matriks SWOT. Alternatif strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi yang meminimalkan kelemahaan (weaknesses) untuk memanfaatkan peluang (Opportunities) itu harus dimanfaatkan untuk meminimalkan kelemahan yang dimiliki serta digunakan untuk mengurangi ancaman eksternal.Strategi tersebut menjadi jawaban penelitian untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terdapat di Museum Balaputra Dewa sehingga pengembangan di Museum dapat diterapkan dengan optimal.
Abstract-This literature review paper discusses Street LevelBureaucracy and the right effort to reform the lower level bureaucracy in order to create efficient, effective and accountable governance. Street Level Bureaucracy is a government agency that deals directly with the public in providing public services. Street Level Bureaucracy also has a role as a mediator between community and policy makers. Based on the literatures, it is found that discursive discrepancies, service delays and street levelcorruption are the main issues of the lower level bureaucrats. Those issues are caused by various factors such as an incompetent implementing agency, poor organizational culture and weak supervision. Several problem solutions offered in this study i.e. improvements from the perspective of organizational capacity, implementing agencies and socio-cultural environment conditions.
The success of the construction of a village, one of which is influenced by the role of the head of the village, thus the role of the head of the village became important indispensable in the process of the construction of the village in order to make way for construction as well as increase public awareness for participating in the development of the village. This research aims to know the role of the village chief in the village of Peace to realize non-governmental Society through his role as the village head in making policies, decisions, and budgets are used for the construction. Theory research is the theory of path goal theory and transformational. The results of the research through the theory of path goal where the role of the head of the village seen from the theory of transformational development and seen in terms of his leadership or his psychological, pointed out that the role of the head of the village of Peace to realize the Ngos, has been carried out through a work program the village chief peace-loving. Information has become a necessity that is very much needed by the community, including in the field of public services, which means that people have the right to freedom of information. Therefore, information disclosure policy is very important to be implemented in a government institution. This study aims to find out how the implementation of information disclosure policies and to find out what are the obstacles in implementing information disclosure policies at the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City. This type of research uses qualitative research methods starting from data collection by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah information disclosure policy at the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City 2021-2022 has gone quite well, but is still not optimal. There are still problems that occur such as still limited human resources and inadequate infrastructure in carrying out information disclosure policies. The Palembang City Ministry of Religion must optimize human resources, by increasing the number of information and documentation management employees in the information service department and optimizing facilities and infrastructure such as computers, and starting to move to utilize e-government technology by activating the personal website of the Palembang City Ministry of Religion.
