This study aims to determine how much influence there is in terms of price, promotion, and customer loyalty through the strategy of consumer purchasing decisions as moderation, this research is very important in finding a marketing strategy solution for modern retail shopping centers in PANDEMIC COVID-19 conditions. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 258 SME companies using SEM analysis Amos 23. The results of the study strengthen the significant influence of price strategy and promotion of modern retail shopping centers on customer loyalty with purchasing decisions as moderation. This research is an evaluation of the shopping center marketing strategy in modern retail to carry out a strategy to survive in the COVID-19 PANDEMIC. The results show that the application of price and promotion of modern retail shopping centers to customer loyalty with purchasing decisions as moderation is very significant. We discuss the implications of these findings to be able to save modern retailers, which are currently not operating, the advice is given as soon as possible by modern retailers to improve their marketing methods by increasing competitive prices, proper promotion by giving attractive discounts to keep consumers loyalty.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kantor pos pemeriksa rantauprapat. Peneliti menarik hipotesis yaitu tingkat pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pos Pemeriksa Rantauprapat. Dalam penelitian ini diambil 27 sampel dari jumlah pegawai pada Kantor Pos Pemeriksa Rantauprapat. Adapun variabel dalam penelitian meliputi 2 variabel yaitu Tingkat Pendidikan sebagai variabel X, dan Kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel Y. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan koefisien regresi, dengan tingkat signifikan 5%. Penganalisaan data mengunakan software pengolahan data statistik yaitu SPSS versi 22.00 for windows. Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini adalah statistic deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t variabel independent adalah Tingkat Pendidikan (X) sebesar 6,106 ≥ ttabel sebesar 2,064 ini berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima atau dengan kata lain tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil koefisien determinan (R2) didapat nilai sebesar 0,599. nilai sebesar 0,599 ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dapat menjelaskan Tingkat Pendidikan (X) secara bersama – sama sebesar 59,9% dan sisanya 40,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel independent.

Aspek-apek loyalitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu yang terdapat pada pegawai anatara lain: 1). Taat pada peraturan, 2). Tanggung jawab pada kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, 3). Kemauan untuk bekerjasama, 4). Rasa memiliki, 5). Hubungan antar pribadi, 6). Kesukaan terhadap pekerjaan. Melihat loyalitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja dari pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dapat dilihat dari kebijakan-kebijakan yang dibuat oleh kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.
