Presenteeism is defined as a decision to keep going to work despite being sick. This study aims to study and analyze the effect of perceived superior support on productivity associated with presenteeism reported by employees who have decided to present while ill. Using purposive sampling, this study managed to collect data from 159 (L = 67, P = 92) permanent employees who had practiced presenteeism in the last 12 months. The instruments used in this study are 6 items of the perceived supervisor support subscale developed from the Perceived Organization Support Survey and 12 items that measure the productivity associated with presenteeism adapted from the Work Limitation Questionnaire. It is conceptualized that the more limitation perceived by individuals the more productivity that affected by presenteeism. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the level of individual perception of superior support is in the high category, while the affected productivity due to presenteeism is in a low category. The results show that the perception of superior support affects the decrease in the impact on employees' productivity at work when 'present' while ill Sig = <. 05; R2 = 35.6%).
