Kesiapan kerja merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan, karena bertujuan untuk menjangkau pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam mewujudkan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menanggapi dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 terhadap terwujudnya kegiatan yang ada di Maxone Hotel Tidar Surabaya. Selain itu untuk menanggapi kesiapan Maxone dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan dimasa new normal. Penjabaran penelitian dengan menggunakan metodelogi kuantitatif, menggunakan sistem pengumpulan data survei. Orientasi menganalisis kesiapan Maxone Hotel menerapkan protokol kesehatan dimasa new normal dengan meninjau loyalitas dan kinerja pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data melalui proses simple random sampling mendapatkan hasil dari kuesioner valid secara keseluruhan sebesar 150 sampel. Pengolahan data memakai software SPSS (Statistikal Package For Social Scienc) jenis 16.0. Perolehan dari hasil observasi disimpulkan maka nilai dari Cronbach’s Alpha 0,6 jawaban yang diperoleh terbilang realibel. Perolehan R Square berjumlah 0,745 atau 74,5%. Analisa regresi H0 diterima 0,00 0,05 bernilai positif menyatakan bahwa Kesiapan (X1), Loyalitas (X2) secara simultan berdampak pada Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Perolehan Uji T, Kesiapan (X1) sebanyak 0.000 yang substansial positif dan relevan pada faktor Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Nilai Sig pada variabel loyalitas (X2) relatif kurang dari 0,5 yaitu 0.000 artinya berdampak positif dan relevan pada faktor kinerja karyawan (Y) Maxone Tidar. Dalam hasil wawancara dengan Hrd MaxOne Tidar Surabaya memberikan hasil hipotesis bahwa kesiapan menghadapi Covid-19 dan loyalitas pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : Kesiapan Menghadapi Covid-19, Loyalitas, Kinerja Karyawan
The importance of waste management at the TPST Bantargebang Bekasi is very high. Some sensitive issues such as pollution, social issues, and the requirement of wider area are several issues needed to be considered further. Therefore, this study tries to highlight the best alternative in waste management at the TPST Bantargebang with a two-dimensional approach using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) analysis. Through a two-dimensional approach, it is hoped that adequate priority options can be found regarding alternative integrated waste management at the TPST Bantargebang Bekasi. Collecting data through expert interviews assisted by questionnaires, supported by other sources of data and information from various relevant agencies. The results of the two-dimensional sensitivity graph from the iteration of the three-goal criteria pair, namely waste management innovation, expansion of the TPST area, and strengthening regulations show that alternative decisions in integrated waste management at the TPST Bantargebang several times have raised alternatives to increase Human Resources (HR) to support activities. In conclusion, the most important alternative decision is to increase human resources. The policy implication of this study is that it is necessary to add more educated staff at the Bantargebang TPST so that the target of serving the needs of the community in terms of waste management can be carried out effectively, therefore, increasing human resources both in terms of competence and number is a priority to support the development of integrated waste management at the TPST Bantargebang.
Tourism sector is the dominant sector in Padang Panjang Regency West Sumatra province of Indonesia. Local governments have a serious attention to make this sector as the basis for local economic development. The main problem is what is the most appropriate strategy to develop the tourism sector as a leading sector to encourage economic growth in accordance with objective conditions of the region. This study aims to determine the most appropriate strategies in accordance with the objective conditions of Padang Panjang Regency, using deductive and inductive processes. The results showed that the most appropriate strategy to develop tourism sector in Padang Panjang Regency is establishing connectivity and cooperation with the surrounding area, through travel packages and integrated promotion by involving local community, academics, and businessman.
Direktorat Jenderal Strategi Pertahanan, Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia adalah organisasi resmi yang memiliki tugas utama merumuskan, menentukan, dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan di bidang pertahanan. Ada dua jenis karyawan di Kemterian Pertahanan, yaitu militer dan sipil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh remunerasi dan cuti karyawan terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil (ASN) dan TNI pada Direktorat Jenderal Strategi Pertahanan Kementerian Pertahanan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sekitar 83 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner secara langsung dan terkait dengan literatur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Python. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel remunerasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hubungan antara remunerasi dan cuti pegawai akan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Ditjen Strahan KEMHAN. Dengan demikian, KEMHAN diharapkan dapat memberikan remunerasi dan cuti pegawai yang sesuai dengan kinerja pegawai.
Women have a big role to increase family welfare with out reducing her main obligation as a housewife. Home industries (HI) is one of the most suitable activities for women, because production process can be done with household activities. The purpose of this paper is to choose the best strategy for developing business scale of home industries gender responsive. Method used is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SAST (Strategic Asumption Surfacing and Testing). Results study showed there are five main barriers to develop home industries: technological process, capital, corporate governance, marketing, and legal aspect. There are three Original Research Articlegroups of home industries: beginner, developing and developed, which diferent characteristics. The best strategy to develop business scale of home industry is productivity and technology empowerment program.
