Gerakan literasi sekolah melalui program perpustakaan dinding dan budaya membaca merupakan sebuah upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan minat baca siswa. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas 1 hingga kelas 3 dari program perpustakaan dinding. Program ini dilaksanakan di MI Muhammadiyah Kuncen Cawas. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan dengan pengadaan perpustakaan dinding dan kegiatan budaya membaca setiap hari. Untuk melihat hasil pelaksanaan program, dilakukan wawancara dan observasi. Dari hasil yang telah diperoleh terjadi peningkatan kemampuan membaca setelah adanya program perpustakaan dinding dan program kegiatan membaca secara signifikan, yaitu terjadi dikelas 2 A, yang awalnya 31% menjadi 68% .
Purpose: For years, research has focused on organizational culture though the organizational climate (OC) is a multidimensional construct. Hospital is a unique organization having unique climate, special for public hospital. This research was a quantitative study, a cross-sectional approach. The sample selected from 150 the employee of public hospitals in Makassar. The data was analyzed by structural equation model (SEM) to test the model of relationship among OC, OCB and SQ. The hypotheses were: 1) There was a relationship of OC to OCB; 2) There was a relationship between OCB and Service quality (SQ); 3) There was a relationship between OC and SQ. Findings: The Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test presented the loading factor of managerial tools<0,5 means invalid indicator. The goodness of fit indicators showed the RMSEA 0,061 (fit). The model was accepted to be continued with structural model analysis. However, all hypotheses was rejected, P values>0,005. The conclusion is OC did not have role in increasing OCB and SQ in public hospital, Makassar. The structural model have to be modified. Research limitations: The sample size was less than 200 and some indicators were invalid. Further research was supposed to apply other dimension of organizational climate and increase the sample size. Originality: The low OCB did not influence employee on providing service quality in public hospital in Indonesia since providing service quality is a mandatory from government.Organizational climate enhance service quality through enhancing OCB in public hospital.
The problem occured in Labuang Baji Makassar Hospital as a newly formed hospital with health workers, especially nurses mostly comes from fresh graduates so their experience and skills of serving patients are still low. From the data that we obtained, complaints against the services of Labuang Baji Makassar Hospital are staff friendliness only reached 24% and slow service with a total of 21%. Quality services are the expectation of all patients who received health service. Even so, not all the hospital able to offer a service that desired. This is because of good quality health services can only be administered by the professional workers who have good knowledge and skills, so the patient can feel comfortable. The excellent service training method was involved the trainee partners. So, this training can be expected to improve the trainee become trainers to train other Labuang Baji Hospital staff. This training will be conducted by applying discourse methods, question and answer, group discussions, games, simulations and group presentation. One group pre-test and post-test was conducted with 16 participants to see the impact from the training, The results show that there awas an increased knowledge of the excellent service participants before the training and after the training. Before the training the level of knowledge of 9 people (56.3%) who were in high level, and after training increased to 93.8% or as many as 15 people. Based on the results of the analysis on excellent service training there was an increased in participants' knowledge about the concept of hospital services, customer satisfaction and loyalty, attitude and appearance of excellent service, verbal and non-verbal communication in health services, intelligence development, transportation assistance, satisfaction assistance. With the existence of excellent service training, it is expected that the training participants can apply the knowledge they have obtained in order to provide satisfying services for patients.
Abstact: The head of the madrasah embodies a madrasah that has achievements with the aim of improving the quality of madrasas nationally and internationally. Where competition is getting tighter, madrasas are progressing rapidly and other madrasas are out of business. These madrasas have a different strategy from other madrasas. This study aims to find out about change management and the implementation of the achievement of madrasas that have been accomplished.
Data puskesmas Galesong pada tahun 2021 menunjukkan capaian pelayanan kesehatan usia produktif hanya sebesar 2655 (60%) sasaran dari target capaian sebesar 4378 sasaran. Anemia merupakan suatu kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau konsentrasi pengangkut oksigen dalam darah (Hb) tidak mencukupi untuk kebutuhan fisiologi tubuh. Permasalahan kesehatan usia produktif salah satunya anemia cukup tinggi di Desa Pa’lalakkang, Kecamatan Galesong, Kabupaten Takalar. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah sebagai upaya dalam mengedukasi remaja putri agar dapat melakukan pencegahan serta pengendalian anemia yang diharapkan dapat turut meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat di Desa Pa’lalakkang, Kecamatan Galesong, Kabupaten Takalar. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Evaluasi penyuluhan anemia dengan menggunakan kuesioner pre-post test yang dibagikan kepada peserta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan mengenai anemia mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi di SMPN 2 Galesong Selatan di Kabupaten Takalar.
