This research focused on 3 aspects, they are: first, how Madrasah Literacy Activity(GELEM)program in improving students' reading and writing culture is; second, how implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Activity(GELEM)program in improving students' reading and writing culture is; third, what factors that support and inhibit the Madrasah Literacy Activity (GELEM) program in improving students' reading and writing culture are. This research is descriptive qualitative in the form of case study, in collecting the data, the researcher used techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The implementation of the Madrasah Literacy Movement (GELEM) program in improving the reading and writing culture of students at MTsN 3 Jombang includes: habituation activities in the madrasa literacy movement with a program of reading non-lesson books and reading 15 minutes before a break, activities in the madrasa literacy movement with a program of coaching activities literacy, writing books and printing books, learning activities in the madrasa literacy movement by integrating literacy culture in learning planning and cultivating literacy into teaching and learning activities.
The focus of this research is to find out the application of the CTL model in the arts and culture subject to manage the soft skills of students at MTsN 1 Jombang which has the goal of becoming an inspiring batik madrasa. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the CTL model in the arts and culture subject and explain the inhibiting and supporting factors for the application of the CTL model. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Sources of data are Arts and Culture teachers, Head of Madrasah and others. Collecting data using interviews and observation. Data analysis using triangulation. The results showed that the application of the CTL model in arts and culture subjects followed the steps of the CTL model (constructivism, inquiry, questioning, learning community, modeling, reflection, authentic assessment) and the inhibiting factors obtained were the obstacles, namely the lack of human resources and natural resources, motivation lacking, differences in enthusiasm between students, inadequate infrastructure, insufficient funds, less time allocation. The supporting factors are support from madrasa organizations, collaboration between art and culture teachers and calligraphy, good responses from batik craftsmen, good responses from various parties, students are more active and focus on learning with group friends, providing insight into job opportunities and training skills. the spirit of entrepreneurship and learning is more colorful and varied. The conclusion is that the application of the CTL model is able to manage students' soft skills well in arts and culture subjects at MTsN 1 Jombang.
The increasing role of information and communication technology in human life has an impact on the development of learning activities in educational institutions. Both lecturers and students are required to master and have insight regarding learning models that have been integrated with information and communication technology, one of the integrated models is the blended learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the flipped classroom type blended learning model on the learning independence of Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng University students, Jombang. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type (none equivalent control group design). The research subjects were 2 classes in semester 3 class of 2021 totaling 50 students, 2 class samples in the form of an experimental group, there were 25 children and a control group, there were 25 children. Collecting data using a Liket scale questionnaire related to learning independence. Data analysis used the normality test, then homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of the flipped classroom type model on the learning independence of Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng University students in Jombang significantly with the results of the independent sample t test value of 0.006.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain penerimaan mahasantri baru Ma’had Aly, model pembinaan mahasantri untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan Ma’had Aly dan model evaluasi mahasantri untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan Ma’had Aly. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di dua kasus, yaitu: Ma’had Aly Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireng Jombang dan Ma’had Aly Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo Situbondo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pertama: Desain penerimaan mahasantri Ma’had Aly untuk peningkatan mutu berdasarkan: Kebijakan internal dan tatangan mencetak calon kader ulama, rumusan visi dan tujuan Ma’had Aly, kebutuhan program, operasional pembiayaan hasil analisis program, schedule kegiatan sistem. Dengan langkah-langkah: merumuskan kebijakan, merumuskan tujuan, analisis kebutuhan program, menentukan satuan biaya pendidikan, menyusun aktivitas yang akan dilaksanakan. Kedua, model pembinaan mahasantri untuk peningkatan muru lulusan Ma’had Aly dengan mengambil nilai-nilai pendiri masing-masing pesantren, bertujuan mencetak ulama faqih zamanihi (ahli ilmu agama di zamannya), rasikh fi dinih (ulama yang mempunyai integritas keilmuan mampu menjawab persoalan-persoalan di sekitarnya), uswah li ummatih (menjadi teladan bagi ummatnya), melalui model pendekatan Ma’had Aly dan Perguruan Tinggi, sistem perkuliahan ganda dengan fakultas keagamaan terintegrasi dengan program Ma’had Aly dan research. Diharapkan dengan model pembinaan mahasantri ini lembaga Ma’had Aly mempunyai harapan besar terhadap lulusannya, Ketiga, model evaluasi pembinaan mahasantri untuk peningkatan muru lulusan Ma’had Aly melalui pendekatan mastery learning dengan sistem akademik dan keMa’hadan dan Perguruan Tinggi dengan tujuan akhir skripsi/tesis.
