The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of soft skills, talent management and transformational leadership on employee performance. The sample was taken by accidental sampling with 121 respondents.date were analyzed using a quantitative appoarch throught multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application. Soft skills are skills and life skills, both for yourselft, in grups or in society, as well as with are creator. In addition to soft skills, talent management is also key having strategic and sharp thinking, the ability to attract and inspire people, have entereneuprial instincts functionall skills and the ability to create result. The company also needs transformational leadership. This leadership is described as a leadership style that can arouse or mootivate employess. Kecerdasan emosional dan kecedasan spiritual merupakan faktor yang menentukan efektifitas seseorang dalam bekerja. Selain faktor kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual, motivasi juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja personil polres. Sehingga dengan memiliki kecerdasan emosional, spiritual dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi maka personil polres dapat bekerja sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi. Kinerja adalah perilaku nyata yang ditampilkan oleh seseorang dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan hasil yang dicapai dari pekerjaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pendekatan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Instrumen pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dalam mengumpulkan informasi mengenai indikator terkait variabel penelitian dan populasi sampel yang diteliti. Data penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penilitian dilakukan dapat ketahui bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja personil polres.
