The era of globalization requires various sectors to make changes, including in the world of education. In higher education, the curriculum should be designed to comply with the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) to respond these changes. The curriculum is based on the framework of qualification levels which equalize, juxtapose, and unify learning outcomes with work experience into the types, forms and levels of higher education. This study aims to describe the implementation KKNI based curriculum for postgraduate program at the State Islamic Religious Institutions (PTKIN) in East Java. It applied descriptive-qualitative. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data were analysed using descriptive-qualitative analysis. The results shown that the implementation of KKNI based curriculum in postgraduate at PTKIN institutions in East Java took place from 2016 to 2020. The implementation began with socialization in the form of curriculum workshops. In those workshops, a curriculum draft and guidelines for its implementation were prepared. However, there were some in the implementation. One of them is that most of the lecturers did not understand the basic concepts of curriculum. To overcome this, intensive workshops were held to prepare syllabus, semester program plans and courses for each semester.
Waqf is one of the instruments that must be empowered productively and to the maximum extent possible, one of which is the insurance policy waqf imposed by the MUI DSN in October 2016 which is expected to help the government in its efforts to alleviate poverty and prosper the people. With that PT.Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia formed an institution, namely the Indonesian Waqf Movement (GWI) to expand the network and knowledge of the public regarding sharia insurance policy waqf products through outreach and training to the public. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the strategy of implementing waqf as an insurance policy through IPLAN Syari'ah Generali, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in managing waqf as an insurance policy through IPLAN Syari'ah Generali, (3) developing strategies for waqf as an insurance policy. through IPLAN Syari'ah Generali. This research method uses a qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include (1) data reduction (2) data presentation (3) conclusions. The results of the research are as follows: (1) management of productive waqf with cash waqf through insurance waqf products (2) when the policyholder dies 45% of the funds will be donated and the rest is given to the heirs (3) first, supporting factors, establishing the Indonesian Waqf Movement institution to help promote waqf in Indonesia by inviting and socializing the community for waqf. Second, the inhibiting factor, namely the lack of public understanding of cash waqf. (4) the waqf funds from the policy holder will be donated to the waqf management institution which will be developed professionally, namely the Dhuafa Wallet Institute.
This article seeks to reveal the principles, rituals, and rationality of a religious movement named Teosofi Tariqa. This Sufi order has existed in Indonesia since 1908. This research finds its importance on the basis of the fact that the Teosofi Tariqa offers different perspectives from other religious movements. It also becomes an interesting study in terms of religious conflict resolution in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, this research relies much on a number of data collecting instruments such as observations, interviews, and documentation. The Miles and Huberman versions are used to analyzing the data. The research finds that the Teosofi Tariqa in Surabaya promulgates tolerance and diversity principles towards other people regardless of their religions. As a Sufi order, the Teosofi Tariqa puts emphasis on mysticism and meditation as a means of submission, obedience, and servitude to the absolute and rational God. It also emphasizes the importance of community services.
