Individuals most at risk of infection are those who are in close contact with COVID 19 patients, such as midwives who run Independent Practices. Midwives can protect themselves when providing care by complying with infection prevention and control practices that include proper administrative, environmental and engineering control and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e. appropriate in the selection of the appropriate type of PPE, how it is used, how to release and how to dispose or wash PPE). So researchers are interested in researching the factors that affect the behavior of the use of PPE in health workers. This study aimed to analyze factors that can affect the behavior of PPE use among midwives. This type of research was observational analytical research methods. The population in this study was 87 midwives. The study was conducted in Sambas Regency in July-August 2021. This research instrument was a questionnaire. The results of the study showed there was relationship between knowledge (p-value 0.395), and education level (p-value 0.103) with compliance, there was a relationship of working life (p-value 0.000) and availability of PPE (p-value 0.001) With Compliance of Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in Sambas Regency In 2021. It is expected to be the basis and guideline to conduct further research related to the behavior of using PPE while working on midwives in health care facilities in Indonesia.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing (guided inquiry learning) pada materi sistem ekskresi berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli materi, ahli pembelajaran, guru dan siswa serta mengetahui kemampuan berfikir kritis dan ketuntasan klasikal belajar siswa di kelas XI MAN 1 Medan T.P 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4-D. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1 dosen ahli materi, 1 dosen ahli pembelajaran, 3 guru Biologi, 20 siswa (uji kelompok kecil) serta 37 siswa (penyebaran lapangan terbatas). Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah materi sistem ekskresi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi dan angket. Hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi menunjukkan persentase nilai 91,8% (sangat layak), persentase ahli pembelajaran sebesar 93,75% (sangat layak), persentase respon guru Biologi sebesar 87,56% (sangat layak) dan persentase tangapan peserta didik pada uji kelompok kecil sebesar 76,47% (baik). Hasil persentase rata-rata kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa pada uji lapangan terbatas yaitu 67,33% (cukup baik) dan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal tercapai dengan persentase 86,11%.
The thematic learning model applied in MI Al-Iman Tambakrejo Sleman is a learning that brings together one lesson with another lesson, learner-centered learning. The problem found in MI Al-Iman is the lack of speaking skills of students in expressing their opinions or responding or responding when learning takes place. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and how much the contribution of the Counter Point Point strategy to the speaking skills of class V students at MI Al-Iman Tambakrejo Sleman. Problems in students' speaking skills occur in fifth grade students at MI Al-Iman Tambakrejo Sleman, namely that the low speaking skills of students, most students are not brave and shy to speak in public. In addition they have difficulty issuing an idea or ideas during learning. The population in this study was MI Al-Iman Tambakrejo Sleman and the sample used was the fifth grade students with 16 students. The research used a quantitative approach. Data collection methods used are interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using product moment correlation and simple regression. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained by the significant value is 0.032, which means smaller than 0.05, this study has an effect between the Point Counter Point strategy of speaking skills, the results of the determination index (R 2) which is the amount of contribution to the influence of Counter Point Point strategy variables on skills speaking is 28.9% of speaking skills. So the Point Counter Point strategy has a contribution of influence on speaking skills of 28.9%.
This study aims to determine the personal branding of Bengkulu City celebgram through ikoy-ikoy content. This study used data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subject in this study was@akadika. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach with the theory of Personal Branding called Montoya (in Haroen 2014) consisting of eight personal branding concepts. The results of this study show that the Akadika program fulfills eight personal branding concepts, namely: 1) Specialization: Akadika with his expertise in photography distributes Ikoy-Ikoy in the form of color presets. 2) Leadership: Akadika explained by asking questions about photography, either from the color presets used, the equipment, or the settings used. 3) Personality: Akadika makes good use of its brand so that it can be trusted by the followers by posting content that can add insight. 4) Difference: Akadika is better known as a photographer with the abilities possessed by him. 5) Visible: to be more recognizable and visible, Akadika is always active on Instagram social media by posting educational content and providing photos and videos. 6) Unity: Akadika's life on social media Instagram describes how his life in the real world looks like. 7) Constancy: the steps taken by Akadika in providing Ikoy-Ikoy content are making questions, where in the question there is an image that explains the question. 8) Good Name: by providing Ikoy-Ikoy content, it can broaden the horizons of its followers on Instagram and get the color presets they share
