CV Athaya Mineral is an industry that runs its business in the production and distribution of bottled drinking water. At the time of distribution of its products, errors often occur, namely the interpretation of demand data in each distribution chain and information received. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal lotting technique for the distribution of these products using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method. From the results of data processing, the retail value of Kede Osa was obtained with a total cost of Rp. 233.696, New Store retail with an amount of Rp. 417,336, retail Ari JP Rp. 99,727, Simpang Remi retail Rp. 165,140, retail Mita Jaya Rp. 619,981. The conclusion of this study is the distribution of the Distribution Requirement Planning method for all Dance products (Glass, Small Bottles, Medium Bottles, and Gallons) to five retailers (Kede Osa, Toko Baru, Ari JP, Simpang Remi, and Mita Jaya) using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is a lotting technique with the cheapest distribution costs, except for New Store retailers using the Lot For Lot (LFL) lotting technique.
Many tofu is produced by small and medium enterprises (SME). The process of producing tofu the resulting output is tofu and secondary products. The secondary products are solid and liquid waste. The solid waste produced has a crude protein content of around 21.29%. Because the protein content found in high solid waste from tofu, it is very possible for the solid waste to be utilized. This research was conducted on SMEs who were in East Aceh District. The purpose of this study is to obtain alternative solid waste treatment in tofu SMEs. The method used in this study is the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). AHP is a process for ranking each alternative decision based on how well the alternative meets the decision-making criteria. The steps of this research are observation and study of literature, identification of problem, determining or research objectives, data collection, data processing, and discussion.The criteria that are taken into consideration by researchers for solid waste management are economical, technological and environmental aspects.From these aspects, we have examined the alternative waste management by the SME, whether it is used as material food, animal feed or not used (disposed). By using the AHP method, we will know the alternative weight of solid waste management by business actors. The results of this study obtained aspects of the criteria for waste management which are the top priority are economical aspects and the alternative choice of processing solid waste is material food with an alternative weight value of 63,11 percent.
Salah satu kekayaan Kota Langsa adalah hutan mangrove yang berlokasi di Desa Kuala langsa Kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa. Jeruju (Acanthus ilicifolius) merupakan tumbuhan yang tumbuh di daerah mangrove . Daun jeruju bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan makanan. Di Desa Kuala Langsa daun jeruju dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pembuatan kerupuk. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha adalah ketidakstabilan bahan baku dan harga jual yang tinggi dibandingkan harga camilan sejenisnya. Analisis value chain adalah suatu konsep yang mampu menciptakan keunggulan bersaing melalui integrasi aktivitas yang mempunyai nilai dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan daya saing pelaku usaha melalui analisis value chain. Adapun tahapan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi risiko, menentukan prioritas masalah yang terjadi, menentukan tindakan peluang perbaikan, perhitungan analisis finansial melalui value chain analysis, merancang model value chain. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah tindakan perbaikan pada supplier, manufacturer dan Distributor mampu meningkatkan keuntungan pelaku usaha dari 78% menjadi 88%.
Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Jamur Merang salah satu usaha yang memproduksi jamur merang atau yang biasa disebut Jamur Sawit yang berlokasi di gedubang jawa, Kota Langsa, yang didirikan pada tahun 2016. Permasalahan IKM Jamur Merang adalah pengelolahan supply chain, yaitu keterlambatan dalam pengiriman bibit dari pihak supplier, jadwal produksi yang terhambat, pengiriman produk jadi ke retailer tidak terjadwal dan ketidakpastian permintaan konsumen, yang berdampak pada tingkat efektifitas dan efisiensi bisnisnya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengidentifikasi dan menghitung total kinerja rantai pasok di IKM Jamur Merang.. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Analitycal Hierarchy Proces (AHP) dan Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Hasil yang di peroleh dari pengolahan data IKM Jamur Merang didapatkan total kinerja supply chain di IKM Jamur Merang adalah 51,6234. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria dengan menetukan bobot level 1, menghitung rata-rata,matriks berpasangan, matriks normalisasi, pembobotan matriks normalisasi, menghitung rasio konsistensi, menghitung konsistensi Vektor, dan penentuan bobot level 2 dan menentukan total kinerja Supply Chain pada IKM Jamur Merang dengan melakukan pembobotan tingkat kepentingan tiap level menggunakan Analitycal Hierarchy Proces (AHP), menunjukkan tingkatan kinerja pada average. ABSTRACT Small and Medium Industry (IKM) Merang mushroom is one of the businesses that produces edible mushroom or commonly called Palm Mushroom which is located in Gedubang Jawa, Langsa City, which was established in 2016. The problem with the Merang mushroom IKM is supply chain, namely delays in the delivery of seeds from suppliers, delayed production schedules, scheduled delivery of finished products to retailers and uncertainty in consumer demand, which have an impact on the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the business. The purpose of this research is to calculate the total supply chain performance in IKM Merang. Processes (AHP) and Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Results Based on the calculation of the results obtained from the data processing of the Merang Mushroom IKM, the total supply chain performance in the Merang Mushroom IKM was 51.6234. The conclusions in this study, determine the weight of each criterion by determining the level 1 weight, calculating the average, paired matrix, normalization matrix, normalization matrix weighting matrix, calculating consistency ratio, calculating vector consistency, and level 2 weights and determining the total performance of Supply Chain on the Merang Mushroom IKM by weighting the importance of each level using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), showing the average level of performance.
