Kemajuan teknologi  saat  ini  berjalan  dengan  sangat  cepat  dan  memberikan  efek yang besar bagi kehidupan manusia, salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan dan kegiatan. Pesatnya teknologi informasi ini, membuat  instansi pendidikan juga menaikkan standar fasilitas sistem pelayanan informasi bagi Mahasiswa yang biasa disebut Tawk To. Tawk.to sendiri merupakan sebuah fitur chat online di iDuHelp! yang digunakan sebagai pelayanan informasi di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja yang diakses secara online dimana saja dengan menggunakan Rinfo dan sangat memudahkan mahasiswa jika ada kendala dalam perkuliahan.Pada sebelumnya pelayanan ini masih menggunakan metode chatting yang masih sederhana dan masih banyak kendala yang sulit diminimalisirkan namun dengannya adanya Tawk.to ini pelayanan informasi di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja menjadi sangat baik. Dalam sistem ini tidak hanya dapat melayani informasi seputar iLearning tapi layanan ini juga dapat membantu melayani kendala  mengenai system Perguruan Tinggi yang dialami oleh Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi. Tulisan ini menyajikan perbandingan iDuHelp! dengan menggunakan Tawk.to dan dengan iDuHelp! dengan menggunakan chat sederhana. Dengan dibuatnya  penelitian mengenai Tawk.to iDuHelp! ini diharapkan menjadi solusi untuk mahasiswa yang kesulitan dalam perkuliah dalam hal akdemik atau pun fasilitas lainnnya mengenai Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Islamic Vocational School Iqro Pasar kemis has the vision, mission and goals of graduates who have faith, piety and morality as well as competent in mastery of science and technology. But now Islamic vocational high school Iqro Pasar Kemis still use conventional way in conducting SPP transactions that is by noting the payment card and payment data manually recorded on the book. This causes the payment process to take a long time and a large errorrate, but it also inhibits the speed of data access and information delivery to be too late. With the existing problems then the researchers propose the design of payment systems to facilitate the process of payment of SPP. The research method used is SWOT analysis, for design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system testing method using Blackbox Testing. This research is expected to provide easiness in the implementation of school fee payment activities as well as easiness in the delivery of school fee payment information to students and parents of students.

Open Journal System (OJS) merupakan perangkat lunak open source yang digunakan untuk mengelola jurnal ilmiah secara online. OJS dikembangkan oleh Public Knowledge Project sejak tahun 2001. OJS versi terbaru yaitu OJS versi 3 dirilis pada tahun 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami cara instalasi OJS versi 3 serta untuk mengetahui kelebihan OJS versi 3 yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pengolahan dan publikasi jurnal ilmiah elektronik (e-journal). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis kebutuhan dalam proses instalasi OJS dan flowchart yang menjelaskan tahap-tahap instalasi OJS. Kata Kunci : Instalasi, OJS, publikasi, e-journal. The method used is data collecting observation, problem analysis, production concept method, design analysis method and mavib production concept (KPM) which include preproduction, production and postproduction. With this promotional video media it is able to make Fave Hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta easier to provide information to the public about the hotel. Promotional videos made with interesting concepts such as video bloggers (VLOG) for today are indeed in the interest of the wider community. With the aim of this research intends to make promoting media through video that is hopefully helpful and helpful to Fave hotel LTC Glodok Jakarta it is easier to provide information to the public about the hotel especially for lodging service users.
